Mystique Trinidad by Royalton

Tried to book the hotel online while we were in Havana. But due to the problem with Internet in Cuba we couldn't. As we didn't have anywhere to stay when we got there we were desperate. Rang the hotel directly but they wouldn't accept a telephone booking. Eventually had to get someone from the uk to book it for us. Stayed 3 nights in the deluxe room. It was beautiful. Very comfortable large bed and view over the mountain. The 24 hr bar has a large sitting area and a terrasse with comfortable seats where you can sit and have a drink and light food. Lovely swimming pool. The staff very friendly. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were good too.

This hotel was amazing! It is very luxurious while still staying true to the surroundings. It’s only a few steps away from the city centre which makes it great to experience the vibrant culture of the city. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Exceptional experience. I really enjoyed the time with family and the service was outstanding. The service throughout our stay was impeccable — everyone we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The location couldn’t be better: close to major attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Everything and I mean everything about this hotel is 5 star My wife and I reserved this hotel because we were looking for a small hotel in city. We reserved a room.for the week with map (modified american plan). We arrived a few hours early. The security guard and receptionist both welcomed us by name. From the moment we arrived until we left, all the staff were extremely respectful, professional, courteous. Always ready to respond to all our needs and questions without being at all intrusive. Every detail was arranged ahead of time. We have never been to another hotel where my wife was treated with so much respect. The hotel is located at the top of the hill, our balcony had a view of entire city, with amazing sunsets everynight. I usually make a special mention for staff members who are special or spectacular. At this hotel it is unfortunately impossible. Every member of the staff here from manager to housekeeper has been amazing. It would honestly be unfair to mention anyone in particular. When not if, my wife and I return to Trinidad we will return to this hotel, without a doubt.

I visited the Hotel Mystique Trinidad La Popa for the very first time today and I was greatly impressed by the look, staff, service and food of this nice hotel. I just came to take a look but I liked it so much that I’m planning to stay at this hotel on my next visit to the city of Trinidad.
