房間不錯，位置很好，離老城區和汽車站很近，很方便，前台服務很好，前台工作人員還借了我當地貨幣先用，很滿意，第二天走的早，沒有享用早餐。

0 Stars Really rude receptionist - you really don't want to hear you don't have a room after a 5 hour journey - even thogh the rep had spoken to her in the morning and confirmed all ok. Just beacuse her computer showed and error Also asked if we could have air con changed from 16C - very cold and were told no. Eventually we found a maintenance guy who gave us a remote ciontrol no water for most of our stay and when it was on freezing as it's solar heated and not enough time to heat up. Had to use bathroom in hotel next door again reception continously told us water was on when it wasn't dinning room full of flies and i don't understand why the lights on and curtains shut at 9am when this was a room was in the shade.. Some fresh air would have been nice. no lifts or offer to help with luggage

Este hotel nos gustó mucho porque las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y bien climatizadas. Los trabajadores nos atendieron muy bien y les café y las bebidas estuvieron excelentes. El pollo en la cena fue muy bueno y pudimos ir a la playa que esta cerca

Me gustó mucho el hotel ,la cena muy buena y las habitaciones muy limpias ,el personal nos atendió de maravilla,en el jardín se disfruta de un lugar muy tranquilo y de muy bien café. El hotel se encuentra cerca de la playa y a unos pasos del centro de la ciudad

Este hotel es para descansar y relajarse , es pequeños y confortable , puedes trabajar en su patio interior al igual que en la habitación, se encuentra situado en el centro de la ciudad , la comida es muy buena ,. El cantinero Colina es muy profesional y me prepara muy sabroso el mojito que es el cóctel se la Casa.

Hotel muy de lujo donde lo passe muy bien con mis amigos. Me gustó mucho las cena y las bebidas del jardín. El hotel está próximo a la zona histórica de la ciudad y también cerca de la playa y de las montañas. Todos los coolaboradores nos atendieron muy bien

Restaurante acogedor, trato amable, servicio excelente, cena maravillosa. Hotel de ciudad con un confort digno de destacar, los servicios sanitarios limpios y con la dotación requerida, ambiente agradable, altamente recomendado para una estancia de vacaciones en la ciudad y para cena familiar.

Hotel bonito donde la cena es perfecta y todos los colaboradores se preocupan de los cliente y está muy cerca de la zona centro de la cuidad . Igual no distante de la playa y el café es muy bueno en el jardín en el hotel . Las habitaciones muy limpias

Hermoso Hotel con excelente servicio en la cena del 14 de febrero, la comida con buena calidad y la decoración acorde a la fecha y muy linda , los trabajdores muy atentos y super profesionales, todo estaba super limpio y organizado espero regresar pronto
