I had an incredibly disappointing encounter with the staff at this guest house. When I called to inquire about pricing and details, the person on the other end of the line was exceptionally rude. It seemed as if he had no idea how to communicate with a potential client, displaying an attitude that left a lasting negative impression. I found his behavior unprofessional and unwelcoming. It's puzzling why someone in the hospitality industry, where customer service should be a priority, would exhibit such a lack of courtesy. Despite my intention to book a stay, I decided against it based on this initial interaction. I can't help but wonder if the positive reviews I've seen are genuine, given my own unfortunate experience. It's crucial for any business, especially in the hospitality sector, to prioritize customer care and communication. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive reminder for the management to address these issues and improve the overall guest experience.
