Fantastic hotel. Great location, friendly staff, good food. Rooms very high spec and all needs catered for. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be recommending to others. We felt welcome from we first checked in until we left. We ate breakfast each morning and had our evening meal in the restaurant.

We are back from a 2 night stay in the James hotel. We had a wonderful time in this lovely hotel. From the beautiful room to the yummy breakfast every element of our stay was very enjoyable. We had dinner in the bar on the Wednesday night. It is difficult for smaller hotels to make a success of the business but if the James continues with the standards it now has, I am sure the hotel will continue to blossom. A hidden treasure!! Second stay. It was really welcoming from the time we arrived. Rooms were spotless. Excellent breakfast, which was cooked to order with very good coffee. Lovely little extras, such a spray for your pillow to help you sleep. Would have no hesitation in recommending The James.

Recently stayed at this gorgeous hotel and loved everything about it. It is beautifully decorated, attention to detail and a lovely, warm welcome from the moment you step through the door. All very nice staff and especially at reception. When checking in was told had a complimentary upgrade from the booked classic room to a superior room. Very nice room, fantastic bathroom/shower. As room is street facing, ear plugs provided but in a town centre , some noise is to be expected in the morning. A fabulous breakfast , everything fresh and cooked so well. Perfect centre location and will definitely stay again.

A wonderfully modern hotel which was clean, comfortable and most importantly had some brilliant staff, in particular Eimear who was a real pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and the shower refreshing. We also ate in Bridge Lane in the hotel and the food was beautiful. I would highly recommend The James Hotel given its proximity to all that Tralee has to offer from shops and restaurants to bars and more.

Lovely hotel in central Tralee. The room was beautiful with lots of nice little touches like the lighting under the beds and gorgeous soaps. The breakfast was superb, the full Irish was excellent. Also very child friendly, we had a great time. The only thing I would have preferred was carpet instead of hardwood floors but everything else was perfect.

I always say that the difference between a 3 and a 4 star hotel is the staff and the James Hotel really excels. From the friendly welcome at check-in to the hand written welcome note in our room to the friendly staff in the bar/restaurant 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very comfortable hotel room, lovely fresh white linen, excellent cleanness, very friendly staff excellent service would recommend 100 per cent. Its great location central to a lot of amenities. Would have no problem recommending to friend's & family.
