離車站稍微有點距離，但途徑的都是到當地會逛會走的路所以還好，就在櫻花一條街中間，這個季節很美。早晚餐看着很豐富，實際量有點少。涮牛肉沒有配雞蛋，大概額度被温泉蛋體驗佔用了。房間很大，但光開空調晚上有點冷。住客提供40分鐘私湯，這個還不錯

服務員態度誠懇有禮，主動幫助客人，但裝修有點舊，設施有待改善，食物質素中規中矩，但份量充足，可以食得好飽。

가족 3명이 묵었고, 방은 2층이었습니다.
일부 방은 화장실이 공용입니다.
개인 private 탕은 내부에 있고, 깨끗했습니다.
식사가 아주 좋았습니다만, 외부에서 사온 사케를 먹을 수 없어 아쉬웠습니다.

とても無難な旅館です。スタッフは全て親切 的確な対応をしてくれました。城崎温泉名物の温泉巡りに適した場所にあり とても楽しめました。

房間很小很舊，而且有不明飛蟲，一晚上叫人來抓了兩次。房間衹有個水池，大部門房間沒馬桶，上廁所要去外面的衞生間。被子有點小，腳會露外面，枕頭也很硬。旅館衹有一個洗澡的地方，要預約時間，每天衹能洗40分鐘，而且裏面很冷沒有暖氣，最好在外面泡温泉的地方洗了回來。日式早餐很一般，西式早餐在外面咖啡店吃還不錯。總之住的很失望，性價比很低。

This ryokan is above my expectation. The included evening meal is delicious and they provided very good service all the time. The breakfast is at an affiliated cafe nearby providing western food and the included items are also better than what I expected. The only negative is that the location is far from the station and there is no car service to drive you, but the other amenities make up for it.

Such kind staff, lovely room, yukatas and towels provided, and the most amazing dinners we had on our two week trip - crab and beef! The private bath was also a very nice amenity. The location on the far side of town by the ropeway and Kouno-yu and Goshono-yu baths was convenient. Only con was the futons were a bit thin to sleep on.

We stayed at Tsuruya Ryoukan for a night, and had an excellent dinner and breakfast. The steamed crab and Tajima beef sukiyaki were especially wonderful. The service is excellent, and the inn is located within walking distance of two onsen! Just outside the inn, there is a place to make onsen eggs and a walkway filled with cherry blossoms. It was a really special experience!
