Toyako Manseikaku Hotel Lakeside Terrace

Wonderful stay because of the food, onsen and service☺️ Will come back again during winter to see what food they have to offer🤣

The hotel is quite dated, and we were honestly shocked when we first saw our room in the West Wing. It looked nothing like the photos and was surprised no comments on this was on the review — the space felt old, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and there was a strong musty smell. When we called the front desk, they acknowledged the air con issue and initially offered to bring us a fan. Thankfully, staff members Hana Ada and a senior male colleague were very helpful and understanding. They assisted us in getting a room change quickly, which we truly appreciated. We’re not fussy travellers, but the condition of the initial room was really below expectations, given the price. That said, the positives were the generous room size and the buffet — it was truly great, both in variety and taste.

Location is good, at Onsen street, good place for watching the fireworks. Neat and tidy, with good customer service as well

定的是日本和式房間，榻榻米對小盆友比較友好，可以隨意翻滾不用擔心掉下床。 房間窗外就是洞爺湖，羊蹄山，晚上可以直接看煙花。

服務人員態度很好，早晚餐很豐盛，性價比高！
