"We did struggle a bit to find this place -our error! There is parking behind an automatic gate in the beautiful gardens of this lovely building. We were delighted to hear our host could speak English and he gave us a tour of our rooms and gave us the choice of breakfast time. Our room- Room Ronsard-was delightful. Very comfy bed as well as the bonus of air conditioning unit. Everywhere in this place was exceptionally clean, not even the slightest hint of a cobweb in the beams! Lovely fluffy towels and toiletries supplied. The city of Tours is full of amazing restaurants in Rue Colbert which is an easy Uber cab drive away costing £13 each way. The breakfast was a traditional delicious bread and croissants with home made preserves, lovely thick yogurts and granola as well as tea, coffee and juice. We were made to feel very welcome here and would definitely recommend to others and we will make a return visit. Thank you for your hard work in making our visit wonderful."
