Hotel les Capitouls Toulouse Centre - Handwritten Collection arvostelua

I stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality. On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing.

Dommage que l hôtel soit bruyant ( bruit de rue !) et que la literie soit deux lit rapprochée !! Pour faire un lit double! 😡

Good location, great and clean, unique english style design, modern, relaxed ambience and friendly staff, but when take lift to level, still need climb up some staircase before access to room

Our recent stay was absolutely exceptional. Service was outstanding, our room was elegant and very spacious, and the central location with easy access to the train station was incredibly convenient. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location great. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Even provided us with a phone charger as we had forgotten to bring one with us. Rooms are quite small, but functional with good air vonfitioning

En dehors du style standard Accor, cette structure est bien située dans le centre animé de la ville. Les chambres sont très confortables et disposent de tous les services. Le personnel est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Proche d'une station de métro et de la navette de l'aéroport.

The staff were amazing - we left luggage in the room (jetlag) and they posted it on to our next hotel. We were incredibly grateful at their care and kindness.

Good choice in Toulouse Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Excellent breakfast. Interesting decor. Close to public transport and airport shuttle service.

This modern hotel is in a great location. Only a ten minute walk from the train station & on the edge of the old town. Light & quiet comfortable room with good size bathroom. Staff friendly & helpful. Inadequate storage for clothes & wifi not secure which it should be in a hotel of this standing.

Very lovely, retro vibe. All tourist attractions at close distance.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Walking distance to e everything you need. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely stay again.
