Medplaya Aparthotel Esmeraldas

Apartamento bueno relación calidad precio. Las camas no eran incómodas. Tiene una pequeña cocina, que te hace el apaño para desayunar y preparar comidas para pasar el día fuera. Baño correcto, la alcachofa de la ducha tiene potencia, lo cual es un punto a favor. Tiene un balcón con tendedero, lo cual es necesario si vas a Tossa con idea de playa. Ofrecen parking, lo cual sabiendo cómo está tema aparcar es un punto a favor.

We are currently staying in this hotel, it is the second day now. Can't give full review at this stage yet, however, just a quick note on something that might need to be considered before you choose this hotel, it is clean enough hotel for a 3 star, hotel is a bit boring, but the only reason that we choose this hotel is because in the reviews online that it is quiet hotel. We were going to use this hotel as a base to explore Tossa de mar. However, we have been assigned to a room that overlooks another hotel - it's across the street. This hotel has a large swimming pool and is full of activities day and night. There is a lot of noise which day and night. Me and my husband have not been sleeping well for the past two days. We have asked reception after the first night to change the room. They showed us a few rooms which were available to change on the day, however, they were on the same side of the hotel. It would not make much difference in terms of noise, so we declined. I asked could we move to other side of the hotel. Long story short, they told us it is possible to move to a room on the other side hotel the next day, so we had another sleepless night and all packed and ready to move, and when we ask about the room today, the guy in reception told us it is not possible. He said because someone else have been assigned the room to others even though he left a message about our room swap, and he told us if he try to swap us he will upset other important people, it looks like they have customers who is more important then us. This hotel have lost our only purpose for us to stay, and we are stuck in this room for next 5 days with loads of noise so, wish us luck, our holiday is partly ruined with lack of sleep, I don't think we will come to this hotel again, however, for anyone want to stay in this hotel, and want a quiet room, request pool side of the room before you come over. I will do an update review on Tossa de mar after our holiday.

Lamentable , el apartamento es más bien pequeño para tres personas, es más no estaba preparado para tres si no para dos. Dos toallas , dos copas de vino, dos sillas en la terraza … La cocina antiquísima y de funcionamiento regular , cuando le aparecía a la vitro se bloqueaba y no había quien la usase. La presión del agua es muy floja , para lavarte el pelo es una odisea , el tercer día empezó a fallar el agua y el día que teníamos que dejar la habitación directamente no teníamos agua , algo bastante común por lo visto . Al comunicarlo en recepción la respuesta fue yo no puedo hacer nada, ni una disculpa a modo cordial. Muy desagradable la gente de la recepción excepto Pili. El desayuno 9 euros por persona… nada que añadir a eso. Todo el aparcamiento en la cercanía del hotel es de pago, zona azul o verde. Ellos te ofrecen un solar sin ningún tipo de seguridad más que una llave que te dan por 18 euros el día. Nada recomendable.
