里約塞拉諾水療酒店 Rio Serrano Hotel + SPA的房間位置極佳，從酒店大堂和卧室內就可以看到壯美的百內角（the Cuernos of Paine），清晨不必出房間，就可以看到百內角日出。 酒店大堂的每一扇窗户望出去都美如畫卷。 酒店工作人員服務熱情，認真負責。 早餐特別豐富，晚餐菜式也美味。 我們在這裏住了三天，特別滿意。 唯一需要改正之處是通向酒店的路是石子路，但這不是酒店的錯。 整個百內區域都是石子路。 The rooms at Rio Serrano Hotel + SPA are the best. You can see the magnificent Cuernos of Paine from the hotel lobby and bedrooms. You can see the sunrise over the Cuernos of Paine in the morning without leaving the room. Every window in the hotel lobby looks like a picture. The hotel staff is warm and responsible. The breakfast is very rich and the dinner dishes are delicious. We stayed here for three days and were very satisfied. The only thing that needs to be corrected is that the road leading to the hotel is a gravel road, but this is not the hotel's fault. The entire Torres del Paine area is gravel roads.

The check in progress is smooth and clear. The front desk hotel staff have given all the information step by step and being patient. Every guest will get a complimentary drink at bar with all range of drinks and invited to join the 18:30 Lamb Party. We have reserved the 2/F restaurant for dinner and also grab a drink and food at the bar, both are delicious with good service. The swimming pool we went twice it was clean and with a stunning views. We have also booked the SPA , it was great and relaxing. The room is exactly the same as the web photo, the bed was very comfortable. Recommend to friend and family.

Hotel is comfortable and a decent base from which to explore Torres del Paines. The breakfast is not bad but I would expect more given the rate that the hotel charges. Other meals in the restaurant were good and reasonable value for money. A good stay all round but I don't think I'd stay again.

超級好的位置和超級高的價格

I believe that the hotel is excellent, that's why I booked. But I didn't stay because I fall down in tores del paine and broke my wrist. I can't call hotel in my pain and no signal as well. So I hope the management would make a refund on my booking..at least 50% I would appreciate because I have to book another hotel near Punta Arenas hospital. If management needs documents to support this report I will email privately Thank you

房間一般。服務人員職業假笑。the massif的day trip還不錯！同時推薦旁邊的pampa lodge 比較温馨但是吃的沒有rio好。

Hotel bem localizado próximo a entrada do parque nacional Torres del Pine. Destaque para os quartos que oferecem vista para os maciços de Torre del Pine. Um quadro pela janela do quarto. Destaque para o SPA e piscina é muito boa para descansar e relaxar ao final do dia. Café da manhã bom, mas não excelente. Restaurante e bar com boas opções de menu ala carte. Carta de vinhos muito fraca para o preço do hotel e dos pratos. Ainda lembrando que o Chile é um país com tantas opções de boas vinícolas.

環境：酒店位於百內公園入口處，去景點交通方便。望出去就是山景很漂亮。 設施：有泳池，SPA，臨時還沒約上。 智利的酒店是沒有熱水壺的（和阿根廷不同），房間也沒有水，要方便衹能喝自來水…… 旅行社也在酒店裡，訂項目方便，用車較貴。

設施不齊全，衞生不合格，一開始的房間裏面一股油漆味，後面換了房間好多了。不建議住標準房，一樓的沒風景還人來人往的。酒店lobby環境不錯，周邊很荒蕪。服務可以。

設施很簡陋，房間裏面電視和熱水壺都沒有，衞生條件也不好，像是國內三星半的標準吧，很老很陳舊的感覺，是白人老年人喜歡的那種風格，高級房是浴缸，不乾淨。服務還可以。值得説的就是酒店的風景，住在高級房風景很漂亮。酒店的地理位置不好，離百內國家公園開過去也要1個多小時，離機場附近的鎮子也要一個多小時，前不着村後不着店，這個價格真的不是很值，不如要麼就住百內裏面，要麼就住鎮上報一日遊的團。3k多的房間住出1k的感覺。如果大家一定要住這個酒店的話，建議自駕前往，不然打車200美金而且什麼司機願意拉。

住了不到一週，感覺隔天就會有新問題發生，要麼是價格先斬後奏，要麼是淋浴設施出問題，硬件軟件每一個能跟得上，出了問題還沒有解決問題的能力。服務態度呢就更呵呵了，誰去誰知道。🤷 我遇上幾個美國客人，他們也都在投訴酒店的各種問題，還在抱怨酒店房價和所提供的服務質量天差地別。看來也不止是我有悲慘遭遇。 怎麼説呢，這個價格就定了這麼個酒店，實實在在當了回冤大頭。
