Nice hotel better than the pictures but has extremely loud music playing all day. Very loud at night with lots of young people partying. Great buffet breakfast

1st solo holiday and thoroughly enjoyed Hotel is in excellent location ,turn left magaluf or right for palmanova best of both worlds Hotel is immaculate and room cleaned daily Breakfast is great selection and eating area you could eat off the floor it’s spotless Pool bar serves drinks and snacks for later although never ate there just had drinks (chargeable by card or add to room) No fridge but can be hired think it’s 45 euro for a week Plenty of sunbeds around no sun bed wars as the percentage of people were under 25’s It can get noisy as they are youngsters on holiday. However the life guard keeps them in line at the poolside and the hotel staff try to keep noise under control best they can Would I return ? Yes had a fabulous stay … And air con was great in room also

Renovated hotel, super clean, great staff, especially Jaime 😎. Only downside was noisy 20 year olds. Clean cheap fun 😉

Our stay as auntie and niece was peaceful, restful and SAFE! The staff were helpful and friendly. Adults only. The breakfast was an excellent spread and location is perfect for entertainment and restaurants. Young or older. The beautiful beach is literally a 5 minute walk. Very good value for money.

Hotel is in a good location and close to both beaches and nice places to eat and drink. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. There are a variety of breakfast options available. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The hotel itself is spot on, great location for the strip. However the one letdown is the lifeguard, constantly sits on his phone not watching the pool at all, there is a serious safety concern especially with a lot of drinking teens and the one person who is there to look after them constantly has his head in his phone with no care towards the pool. Lifeguards should not be on their phones on poolside. Additionally if you disagree with the lifeguard he often shouts at you in Spanish. He will also often ask you to meet up after his shift for a fight on the street, very unprofessional and also worrying for the safety of all guests. On multiple occasions the lifeguard pretended to throw balls at people very aggressively in order to scare them and potentially hurt them. He walks around the pool arguing with anyone over anything he can. We also saw him one day grab his genital area and grunt in our direction, this is very concerning considering he is a grown man. We are a group of 18 year old girls on our first holiday and we feel so unsafe around this man, he is a serious safety concern for the pool in terms of people being injured or drowning due to his lack of due care and attention. The lifeguard should not be allowed to be a lifeguard or be anywhere near a pool of water ever again. Apart from the lifeguard letting everything down the hotel is in a good location with good people and atmospheres. However we will not be returning mainly due to the lifeguard, this hotel should not be endorsed by TUI especially with the lack of safety for guests.

Can't fault any of the staff especially Jaime on reception he couldn't have been more helpful offering advice on beaches and local restaurants, Veronica in the snack bar always smiling and ready to great you,and Hose the life guard his job to keep everyone safe and to keep all the kids in line. We have been to other Globales hotels which had as standard a fridge,kettle tea and coffee and access to a safe, with a deposit, understandable. But at the Torrenova there was nothing in the room. The kettle we had to buy for €24 and to pay a deposit of €10. We were told that they didn't put anything in the rooms now due to the ' Young Adults' trashing the rooms. If we had known this before we wouldn't have booked this particular hotel

Good room and 10/10 pool does the job when wanting to go magaluf strip. 3 mins walk from mansion, 10 min walk from beach . thanks Jaime
