Luca ja Erica omistajat ovat todella kauniita ja hyvin saatavilla, jatkuvasti läsnä ja aina valmiita täyttämään asiakkaan tarpeet, mukaan lukien huomiota meidän eläinystävillemme! "we had a lovely first couple of days after checking in but it did sadly go down hill from there. The staff began to ignore us in the dining hall, checking on all the tables round us but never coming over to us to see if everything was okay or even if we wanted a drink. i don’t want to assume but i have a feeling it was because we were the only British couple there. The atmosphere did not make us feel the most welcome and comfortable, making us not wanting to leave our room and making us wanting to dine elsewhere after paying for the all inclusive. we understand there is a language barrier but we did try our best to communicate in the local language. However the food was better than most self served style buffets offering a wide range of food."
