"When entering the reception area of the Livermead House Hotel you encounter a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and polite, the room we stayed in had all the facilities that were advertised with a stunning sea view. The lounge area is large and the garden area and pool a definite plus point. We did not have dinner this stay, the breakfast menu has lots of choice and the food very appetising, the hot food served hot and in a timely manner. Will definitely be staying again."

"Palasimme juuri kolmen päivän oleskelumme Riviera Lodge, ja mieheni ja minä olimme uskomattoman vaikuttunut palvelusta, jonka saimme it oli täydellinen 100/100. Saapuessamme me olimme tervetulleita lämpöä ja ystävällisyyttä. Aamiainen oli erinomainen, tarjoavat laajan valikoiman vaihtoehtoja. Ulkona, kuten uima-allas ja kuuma tubi, oli suuripuhdas ja hiljainen. Heti kun kävelet sisään, tunnet tunteen rauhaa ja kuulumista. Huone ja kylpyhuone me sekä puhdas ja kaunis. Suosittelen sitä erittäin, jos etsit paikkaa kävelymatkan rantaan, baareihin ja ravintoloihin, mutta silti hyvin hiljaa. Kävimme myös kaupungin keskustaan oleskelumme aikana, ja se oli mukava kävelymatkan päässä. Hotelli on myös edullinen. Olemme takaisin."

"The hotel was located in an ideal location for touring around Devon with a couple of cars. All the staff provided excellent service & were very flexible in allowing us to order food in for the evening, especially as most of our group were vegetarian/vegan."

"Easy to find and the parking was okay but expensive during the day but free from 6pm - 8am. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was incredibly large, spotlessly clean, well decorated and equipped. En-suite was perfect in size and everything was modern and functional! The Smart-TV was a good size and everything worked. A easy 10 minute stroll down to the quayside and town centre, but more of an uphill trek coming back, no problem for us but something to consider if less agile. Unfortunately we had to be up and away by 6am to get to Bristol airport so never had a chance to sample the breakfast (we were told that we were welcome to make a drink and have cereal etc). Will definitely be staying again if possible!"

"Perfect location to access harbour area Rooms clean Understaffed but big shout out to Ben in the kitchen and Tia and George front of house Fri am staff chewing gum whilst on shift no guest interaction at all Customer service needs attention with some of the team no communication or acknowledgement from management at all during stay not even a hello lead by example a must but Overall an enjoyable stay"

"Previously stayed at this hotel. Location is good. Premier Plus room looking a little tired. Carpet in need of a shampoo and conditioner and epoxy around teh shower tray need replacement. For short stays in the UK Premier Inn is our first choice and would definitely stay here again."
