Lovely b&b clean well presented friendly close to all shops and bars and harbour. Wish we had the breakfast. Parking would be an issue if the place was full in the coming months.

The property manager amazing full of knowledge very friendly and so helpful. Lovely breakfast, we had a lovely sunny room with a view of the harbour, easy walk to the waterside, highly recommend

Nice place to stay Very good location, very clean, breakfast was lovely. We had a tiny little fridge in our room enough for two small water bottles or small chocolate milk or can of soft drink, very nice. Owners couldn't be more polite and helpful.

Amazing place We really enjoyed are stay. Staff was Lovley and friendly. Definitely will be back to stay again. Over all stay was perfect.

Home from home Nice to find a place that ticks all the boxes. The steps and stairs to the property did take it out of us, and the car park was uphill but we did mange it. Sumsa and Raj were great hosts and they always enquired as to what they might do to improve our stay. Just keep on doing what you are good at. Ange and Dave from Bristol.

A great hotel in a lovely setting Such a shame that we could only stay one night. Lovely room, spotlessly clean, great location, attentive service and a superb breakfast. We will return.

Lovely place to stay Amazing B&B , location is excellent near to the harbour , shops and bars and restaurants.Rooms are a goid size with comfy bed and a good shower and akso a small fridge.You get the best breakfast ever well cooked and hot we loved it and breakfast times are good as served till 9.30 unlike some B&B’s so if you feel like a lie in on yours holiday its a bonus .Hosts are friendly and go out their way to make your stay comfortable.One of the best in Torquay in our opinion . Its spotless both in the rooms and communal areas.We had a great time and will not hesitate to rebook.Thank you Raj and your wife for making us feel welcome and comfortable through out our stay .Hope to see you next year.

Best stay yet Raj was very accompdating, served our breakfast nothing was too much trouble excellent stay all round highly recommend.
