Pete and Tracey keep a well run, clean tidy and well managed property. They were so polite and helpful. Also their local knowledge, of the area and restaurants was top draw. We enjoyed the time we spent there. And would fully recommend their property, if you intend visiting the area.

Pete and Tracey the owners were very nice , helpful and charming couple..
They had a great knowladge of the surrounding areas and restaurants to visit. Their accommodation was absolutely spotless and well looked after.

Wonderful stay
Well looked after by Tracey who is a wonderful host. Loved the homemade banana cake on arrival and granola yogurt and full English for breakfast. Will stay again without hesitation

Super stay at Sandway
What a pleasure to stay at Sandway house. Peter and Tracey are wonderful hosts who couldnt do enough for us, they were super friendly and helpful with great local knowledge.
The guest house is spotlessly clean and the interior design is outstanding with lots of attention to detail to make the stay feel like a home from home.
Thank you Peter and Tracey for a fantastic stay.

Friendly homely hotel with modern and class touch
Had an amazing welcome so kind and warm friendly smiles and a nice chat as we checked inn. The hotel itself was very classy and well designed. Very well thought out and beautiful deco. The room was very nice we had the double, the bed was so comfy! And the bathroom was nice. The whole.room was so clean!!!!
Only.issue was being on the front of the property was loud when windows open, and next door room 6, their fire door to the room kept slamming and at 11pm or 8am its a bit much.
When we stay again - which we will! I would ask for a room on the back of the house.

Had a lovely 2night stay last weekend .Tracey and Pete made us most welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. The hotel is tastefully decorated throughout and our room was the same and breakfast was fabulous,plenty of choice.your only a 10mim walk to seafront

We stayed here for one night for our recent visit to the theatre in Torquay. Sandway House was easy to find with free parking at the rear of the property. We had a very warm welcome and a clean comfortable room. The location is ideal for a leisurely stroll down to the seafront and a 10 minute walk to the theatre. The breakfast was excellent with good quality ingredients. We would definitely recommend this lovely guest house.

It was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. And our hosts, Peter and Tracy are so welcoming.
If you don't absolutely enjoy your stay, the problem is you, not the B&B.
