房間很乾凈，大廳很有氛圍

Fantastic customer service. Great history. Had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were by Le Labo, but the scent is very strong and can be overpowering for some if you don’t bring your own.

房間是傳統裝修。空調不能調節，也不能開窗。有一天用吹風機吹頭髮，不一會兒就跳閘了。離聯合車站非常近，坐火車非常方便。

酒店非常老舊了 洗澡水是温的不是熱的

토론토 유니언 역 바로 앞에 있어서 너무 위치가 좋아요. 주요 지역으로 이동하는 대에 있어서 가장 좋은 듯요. 공항이나 다른 지역으로 이동하는 것도 편해요

房間比較小，很經典的fairmont。樓下餐廳的鴨子很好吃，酒吧也不錯。

老酒店 要求不用那麼高。大廳氣派。房間小。服務不錯。景色ok 但是需要和前台説

酒店位於聯合車站對面，出行方便。有按金，且按金有離店後被扣minibar消費，經申訴已退回。酒店的minibar管理有漏洞。我訂的房間攜程顯示是有WiFi，入住發現是收費的，找前台協商，給開通了免費WIFI。攜程顯示房間有微波爐，實際沒有。

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were really helpful arranging for a late checkout

房間不大，可能是老酒店的緣故，裝修比較陳舊。一樓裝修還是不錯，但房間一般。沒有智能化裝置，雖然是大品牌，但還是差強人意，除了可以免費寄存行李給予大大點贊，當然地理位置也是強項，所以總體來講將就一晚還是可以的，
