Location is so good, only problem is the bed sheet are not quite clean, when I reported to them there is no process or any other treatment about this

Be aware when booking through Town flats Canada. What they advertise is not what you get. You will be dealing with Andy or Sylvia who are awful at communicating and great at scamming you. Upon arrival at our accommodation, we discovered that the property did not represent what was advertised (a two private bedroom, and 2 washroom rental) is what we booked and paid for (a 1 private bedroom, 1 washroom unit) is what we were given and therefore our reservation was a result of fraudulent misrepresentation. Additionally, during my attempt to address this issue with the agent named Andy, and his associate Sylvia, both associated with Town Flats Canada, I experienced disrespectful and threatening behavior. Andy not only failed to provide assistance but also issued threats regarding my and my daughters personal information, making the situation highly alarming and potentially criminal. They are not professional, their accommodation is under equipped to accommodate 6-8 people. For instance 2 of each cutlery pieces, no cups or mugs, only flat plates no cereal bowls, no cooking containers and not privacy. Shutter blinds have some drops missing so you are exposed to nearby apartments, the "2nd bedroom" was off the kitchen open plan which serves no privacy. TV channels not available, one bathroom with hand towels for bath sheets. This and more made our stay extremely disappointing and we had no choice but to bite the bullet over an extremely busy period to find alternative booking.

After I booked they requested all kinds of personal info including passport drivers license and then refused to refund. I did get to stay as I didnt have the documents they needed. Many other reviews state the same thing

C'est très cher payé pour la localisation à 25min à pied du centre-ville, immeuble non sécurisé, ménage douteux (pas de savon, trace de dentifrice, lits non faits, tapis pas propres, linge de lit froissé). Ils demandent d'envoyer papiers d'identité et carte bancaire sur un site non sécurisé. Le parking est à 10min, pas sécurisé. Ils nous ont accusé faussement d'abimer du linge de maison pour nous escroquer du dépôt de garantie. On s'est plaint, ils nous ont répondu que leur équipe de ménage que sans doute leur équipe de ménage n'a pas fait son travail mais c'est aux clients de payer! Alors que nous avions des photos comme preuves, ils ont fait la sourde oreille. Zéro service client. A noter que Booking ne fera rien non plus pour protéger ses clients.

I live in Toronto but I booked a 3-night stay in Toronto to relax downtown after a long flight back home, without reading any reviews which was a bad idea. I hope other people that do take the time to read these will see how bad of a customer service this property had. I landed in Toronto the night I was suppose to have checked in. I was randomly picked at the airpot to do a COVID test and was ordered to quarantine at home until the results came. Therefore I could not check in to the property as that would be breaking the law and also not knowing if I may be COVID positive. I reached out to the property to ask for a partial refund for the future upcoming nights understanding that the current night would be too much to ask for even thought it was out of my hands that I was randomly picked to test for COVID at the airport. I called multiple times and spoke to 2 different people man and women both who claimed they are managers. They seem to be a couple or something with eastern european accents. Completely did not care about any of what happened to me. Refused to proved any refunds in this situation even for future nights stay that did not even happen. Just money grabbers! Avoid these people at all costs. These hosts are the type that not only do you not get any customer service getting off the phone with them but also feel like crap after and regret booking anything through them. You can see by their other reviews on google what people are saying about them and their customer service. Just sounds like they are very new and dont understand the importants of good service and reputation.
