Rooms condition very bad, basic facilities not available, room cleaning not properly, room service not properly

I found the hotel on google map. Another family member who was on visit of toranagallu for same purpose booked the hotel through makemytrip. Cleanliness as well as the room service of the hotel was so poor. Despite of repeated requests hotel authority did not arrange cleaning citing lame excuse the cleaning staff only work in between certain period of time though i thought room service should be done twice in a day. The television was non functioning. The shower of the bathroom was non functioning. Today, in the morning of checkout there was no water situation in the hotel. At that time concerned phn no was also unreachable. Due to such horrible situation, the scheduled work hampered. In such bad experience i must tell the service and food of the restaurant were quite satisfactory.

Mm t is a fraud. Charged almost rs. 1000 more than what we would have paid if booked directly with the hotel. And they claim all sorts of bogus offers.

Toiletry kit quality should be improve. Tea/ coffee kit should provide. Complementary breakfast must provide.

According to the conditions of hotel price were too high and there is no room service in hotel no food service is there. Even there is no one on reception. Done

The rooms are neat and the beds are good but there is nothing else available. Ac doesn’t work, lights don’t function. There’s no one at the reception to help. In short, there’s no service.
