The Beachcomber Ocean view No. 39 appeared to be recently renovated - it was beautiful & spotlessly clean Very comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and a spa - it was right on the ocean front but not sure all the other Beachcomber ocean views would have had such a good view - very impressed and nice friendly staff - will definitely come again in the future

Great location close to the beach, clean amenities, always not a good sign when have over bearing terms.and conditions. Park seemed dated and need of an overall tidy up. Very close sites didn't feel overall like a good place to stay unfortunately

It was such a great little cabin, spa included. Such a great big park great pools not that we used them. Great walks to the beach with great access. The office at the front has lots of bits and pieces Comfortable bed It was lovely sitting on the verandah listening to the waves

Worst sleep ever! The bed in the cabin was so old you both roll into the middle, it is also positioned directly under the window and the blinds are not close enough to the window meaning there is a funnel of sunlight directed onto your face from sunrise. So overpriced for a cabin in a van park - you could stay in a 4 star hotel for the same $$ they don't even provide beach towels.

Sandpiper Cabin has an amazing view. Cabin is very airy and well designed for coastal outlook. Interior is satisfactory. Kitchen is functional. Towels were supplied upon arrival. Be aware that they are not changed daily. Washing machines and dryers are coin fed.

Easy check in. We booked an ensuite site which was easy to park and the ensuite was lovely and clean. The ocean views were amazing (a little way from our site). The people we met were lovely and we’d stay here again. It is a huge park with terrific amenities. We loved the open air camp kitchen.

Stayed in an ensuite caravan site. Advertised free wi fi but unable to connect to this and made several trips to reception to discuss the situation. Each time I was given a poor excuse for it not working eg. “What can you expect from a free service?” I was told to go to the camp kitchen or to reception to use wi fi and we were not exactly very close to either of these! We’ve stayed here many times and have always enjoyed ourselves but felt that this time our concerns were not noted. Free wi fi shouldn’t be advertised if there’s no service to half the park!

Be very careful of the male permanent resident on site 292. We have travelled Australia and have never met such abuse by one individual. He started drinking at 10am and by 4 pm he became verbally abusive and started to acuse us of driving on his grass and using his hose. We apologised even though we didn’t do what he was saying we did, but he continued to abuse us. We are people that respect other peoples privacy and space and we’re very offended and frightened. Management were very helpful in finding us another site and talking to this person asking him to leave us alone. We were so traumatised we ended up leaving a day early. This is a beautiful park and we have stayed several times to visit family, unfortunately because of this experience we may not visit again.
