Staff was very friendly and helpful. She helped us to settle down in our rooms quickly and offered late check out for free. They owned a restaurant opposite the hotel and the food was really good too.

The hotel is new, clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Across the street, there is a beautiful traditional costume makeup shop. Nearby, there is a restaurant owned by the same owner, so guests receive a 20% discount voucher, and the restaurant’s food is quite good.

Extremely good service, they have their own restaurant (so that you can have a meal even if you arrive late at night) plus they have special discount if you’re a customer at their stay! Upon arriving they provide essential items such as toothbrush/paste, comb etc. Even though they only have stairs the staff will carry your baggage to the doorstep of your room for you (vice versa for when checking out) lady boss was also very helpful when we ask about directions and recommendations for places to visit! Room was clean and tidy, we had a very comfortable stay here. What surprised us most was receiving a gift upon checking out! The staff transferred our baggage to the lobby by the counter and when we arrived by the counter lady boss has told us she has kept our baggages behind the counter ALONG with a local’s special for us!!! 🥰 thank you so much for the extremely good stay! Would definitely recommend this place and come back next time

The location is near to the Wuzhen water town. the owner is very kind and helpful. He would suggest the best way to plan the tour in wuzhen..

Stains everywhere and very dusty. We have to use our wet wipes to clean the walls and bathroom fixtures. Feels like the cleaning staff didn’t clean properly. The shower is sometimes hot sometimes cold. However the air conditioning works quite well. And their restaurant opposite the hotel is pretty good.

Staff is friendly and nice, Walking distance to Wuzhen West Scenic district. Hotel also owns a restaurant opposite with nice food and discount for hotel guest. They also have a Hanfu rental below the hotel at discounted rates.
