家庭度假玩的非常開心，有時間還會再次光臨。

The hotel looks nice on the outside but actually it is fairly rundown and has the amount of cleanliness that you would expect with that. We arrived late, around 11pm, and had to wake up early for a flight in the morning. Shortly after we got to our room on the 9th floor, the fire alarm started going off. Originally we thought maybe it was an error or mistake so we waited, then loudspeakers started shouting "EMERGENCY". We gradually started walking down the stairs to the lobby. Everyone on our floor was confused as well. As we got downstairs, there was only one worker at the desk and she was checking in other customers. A customer confronted the worker and she said it was an error and she didn't know how to stop it. It went off multiple times, and the lobby started to fill with more people. The elevators weren't working because of the fire alarm as well, and no one could sleep with the alarm going off. We finally gave up after an hour and walked back upstairs to the 9th floor. By the time we got settled and wanted to get in bed, the alarm went off again, once again disrupting us trying to sleep. Thankfully, that was the last time. There seemed to be no concern from the employee that was working, and the hotel didn't even offer an apology. Meanwhile, our already short night of sleep got much shorter.

お部屋はシンプルで使いやすいです。ベッドが硬めなが気に入っています。成田からも近くシャトルバスもあり便利です。

服務人員歧視中國人！！中國人排隊靠前不接待，明明會説英文確裝聽不懂不接受問詢！！！ 4月30日早上六點酒店送機巴士司機歧視中國人。我們很早排隊等待做巴士去機場，當時有兩輛大巴車停在酒店門口，為了避免上錯車，我們用英文與司機諮詢。他不搭理我們，不做任何解釋，就是我們裝作聽不懂英文，再他跟其他外國人説話時我們發現他能説英文，但是就是不回答我們問詢，本來我們排隊靠前確讓我們等到最後一個接行李上車。嚴重歧視中國人，此行為太可惡！！這個酒店中國遊客非常多，管理如果不改善，中國人還是慎入吧！

酒店新新舊翼，樓下有7-Eleven便利商店營業至晚上11時。旁邊有溫泉設施需步行約3分鐘。門口有噴泉表演，入店需脫鞋然後到前台取浴衣之後，入內更換。換好後出去一個公眾地方有food court、貼紙機、夾公仔機、甜品店、按摩店等。酒店會提供一個手錶型手帶，不用攜帶任何現金所有付款可以用手帶支付之後到前台結算。

物超所值的溫泉渡假酒店，櫃檯接待人員服務專業親切，英文流利溝通無礙。房間空間超大，房間裝潢雖然感覺的出年代感，但清潔維護的還不錯，床墊軟硬適中睡起來很舒服。 湯樂城泡湯設施真是超乎預期的，住宿還附加豪華的泡湯體驗真的是很驚喜。湯樂城大廳的華麗的歐風裝潢，與常見的日本溫泉會館大不同。但要留意湯樂城的營業時間是13:00-22:00。如果是太晚才來的，可是會錯個這個超值的泡湯體驗。 裡面有二個更衣空間，在第一個更衣室更換浴衣後，經過星空足湯出來的休閒區，是以明治時代全盛時期的華美街景為基調的場景。有食堂、神社、商店、舞台等休閒空間，天花板有的七彩投影天幕變換著不同的景色。 這裡面還有按摩室，收費平價，師傅技術很好，很適合泡湯後來按摩放鬆。第二個更衣室就是裸湯泡湯區了，有室內池和露天池，泡個湯緩解這幾天旅遊的疲憊真是舒服。 湯樂城大門前16:00、18:00、20:00，還會有精彩的水舞秀，很值得觀賞。 這兒離成田機場或成田車站大約20幾分鐘車程，酒店有提供接駁車服務，但班次不是太密集，時間相距較大，需要接駁服務的要注意接駁時間。去程我就是錯過接駁時間，自行由車站搭公車前往的，雖比較耗時間，但還是能到的。 推薦隔天要搭機回國的遊客來住宿，體驗超值的服務。

Everything was ok. Very nice hotel only too far to the center Tokyo but is the bus.

酒店房間很大，衛生也不錯，還可以看見富士山，有車位泊車，唯獨溫泉很早close,亦很遲開，根本享用不到！

Quite disappointed because the shuttle bus end quite early at 10.30pm. No mention about this. The taxi to the hotel cost about 6000yen and there is no other option. Which is so expensive. Onsen close early at 9pm not like other hotels. Rooms and breakfast okay

いつも，成田に仕事に来る時はこのホテルに泊まります。サービス満点で，お風呂に入れるので、素晴らしいです。また、来たいと思います。

プール付き、朝夕のbuffet付きで家族三代で利用しました。充実した滞在になりました。 また空港とホテルを繋ぐシャトルバスがあり距離は少しありますが利用でき便利でした。 個人的には隣接されている湯楽城の営業時間がもっと長ければ嬉しく思います。

位置比較偏僻，周圍便利店和餐館比較少。中接機服務，但是接機車輛比較少。然後還有付費的去東京的大巴，費用也比較便宜。提供的免費日式洗浴嗯，也還可以，前台服務可以使用中文。圖一是酒店周圍的小店，不是酒店。
