눈때문에 비행기가 안떠서 어쩔수없이 묵었어요 금연룸으로 잡았는데 방에서 담배냄새가 너무 심해서 힘들었네요 정말 잠만 주무실분들만 가세요

토마코마이역에서 도보 10분 정도 걸리지만 객실 환경이 아늑하고 조식도 괜찮게 나오며 역으로 오갈 때 산책 겸해서 골목 둘러보는 것도 재밌어서 추천합니다

房間空間可以打開一個行李箱，入口在停車場處要坐電梯上2樓，停車場滿了有特約停車場（入口處有放地圖）後來才看到，結果我們停了旁邊的付費停車場，沒購買早餐，所以不知道早餐如何。

シャワーが使い辛いのが難点！ それ以外は問題なし！

チェックインの20分前、フロントの後ろから女性スタッフのけたたましい笑い声と、話の内容まで聞こえてきた。フロントの表には客がいることを配慮して欲しい。また、スタッフ長時間の雑談で連泊の客が次々と戻りになり、フロントの表には対応するスタッフ誰もいなかった。 また部屋の壁や、床にはシミだらけで不清潔だ。 壁が薄くてトイレの音や話まで聞こえた。

まぁまぁ良かったです。普通に部屋も綺麗でした。 ただ、正面から入る時は、エレベーターが無いので荷物を持っている時は不便かも。

aside from the location , I have no complains .. the price is really good and also the place isn't that bad. there's a variety of restaurants around and if you're not into crowd busy place this place is perfect for you, the location for us is a bit far because most of our business was held on sapporo and niseko.

住着很舒服，服務很好。房間稍小，帶大件行李的可能不方便。 地理位置一般般，離苫小牧站要走12分鐘左右。

This Hotel is not fair! I request to modify or cancel the booking because i did not make it to Japan due due Denied by immigration. No reply in the email provided. No.feedbacks to.the customer.Literally this Hotel is only accepting money and no consideration to customers. it is really not recommended at all .. its a waste of money where i didnt check in the hotel. It so sad for me to spend 8 days of booking without using it and not allowed to modify it. ****! im so very disappointed.
