Thibaud and Clémence are very good at there job and very friendly - I would highly recommend to anymore. Despite its location it has a vast range of activities to do and with the 3 different buildings with different entertainment it’s amazing

Thilbaud & Clémence were absolute legend - the entertainment are absolutely amazing Would recommend I absolutely loved my time here and it eas really fun constantly something going on really clean drinks nice and strong I wouldn’t not recommend this

yunes, lisa, thibaud and clemence were all amazing they really made our holiday special, there all so lovely and sweet and make sure you have a wonderful time- recommend coming here for them alone if you want staff who really care about their guests, considering i work in a hotel you can really see the effort they put in- lauren xxxx

Just came back from this resort today . First of all don't listen to these bad reviews. Location was good abit hilly so if you have mobility issues it may not be for you. Accommodation was cleaned each day and our room was good for a couple it had all what we needed . Food - the food was ok there was always something you could find to eat . Pools - 3 pools around the resort and they were all very clean and looked after . Staff on the resort were polite and helpful . The only thing that needs to be mentioned is there's no ATM on site so if you want cash you will need to travel to local town .

A FUIR !!! Nourriture immangeable ,même les pizzas une horreur ( oublié le jambon de Bayonne hein ) boissons alcoolisées ou non imbuvable que du sucre. Bangalow : télé HS , odeur moisie et drap/ serviette non changé pendant 5 jours Animation.. de 20h à 22h30 avec toujours la même chose donc ennuyeux. Pas de poney, parcours de golf abandonné,toboggan HS et terrain de tennis vétuste. Situation géographique : obligé de prendre 30 m de bus pour atteindre la mer et ses lieux touristiques. La descente d escalier pour atteindre la mer et tellement raide que impossible. Seul point positif les piscines propres mais trop froide pour le mois de mai. Bref je recommande pas ,on peut être 2 étoiles et avoir a mangé convenablement .

Quite honestly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, in my entire life! Absolutely awful! If I could have given it -stars then I would have! Staff are so unhelpful, rooms shown at booking were completely different to the shed we got. I went to the unhelpful reception desk when I met 4 other couples who had the exact same problem! They’d been sold a completely different room but if we wanted to room we’d payed for then we’d hv to pay another £140 per night! The ‘balcony/terrace’ was 4 square tiles with 2 chairs on! Absolute joke honestly! Nothing was really included in the ‘all inclusive’ not even hand soap in the room! Bar closed at 10pm, wifi had to pay €50 for 6 days and was told if the code didn’t work(which it didn’t) then come back and they’d try give us another code which also may not work. Eventually when getting one that actually connected, it wasn’t strong enough to the room if that’s what we’ll call it. So only wifi connection was at the reception. Unhelpful staff, basic food, basically lived on chips the entire time. Honestly I could go on for ages but over all JUST AVOID!!
