Se nos olvidó la cartera con la documentación y después de tres horas de viaje nos dimos cuenta y llamamos al parador y nos confirmaron q lo tenían en recepción. Creo q ellos debieron llamarnos en cuanto se dieron cuenta así hubiésemos podido volver y no tener q mandar una agencia y estar varios días sin la documentación tan importante como DNI tarjeta sanitaria tarjeta de crédito etc

Por esta razón, no pudimos avisarle directamente al encontrar su documentación.Afortunadamente, al recibir su llamada pudimos confirmar de inmediato que la cartera estaba a buen resguardo en recepción, y procedimos a custodiarla hasta su recuperación.Quedamos a su disposición para cualquier otra consulta y esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirle nuevamente en el futuro.Atentamente,

ロケーションが素晴らしいホテルです。 美しい景色、優雅で静か。まるで天国のよう。 テラスでレストランから聞こえる声や食器の音も穏やかでなんだか心地よいです。 夕陽、朝日、どちらも逃さずに堪能してください。 シティビューの景色が見える部屋が絶対におすすめ。 朝食も最高に美味しかったです。

環境優美，酒店裝修很典雅，位置尤其好，可以俯瞰託萊多古城，住宿體驗非常棒！得到全家一致好評。有停車場，很方便

酒店公共庭院可以拍到老城區，每個景點都需要打車，託萊多叫出租車不太方便，酒店早餐需要預約時間，住老城區更方便，不管入住幾天酒店衹提供一瓶水。

高台にありトレドの街が一望できる点が最大の魅力。景色は素晴らしい。トレドの駅からタクシーで10分程度。ホテルから数分のところに、旧市街に中心まで行くバス停があるが、バス停の場所が分かりにくいのでホテルで案内の紙をもらうと良い。ホテル自体は古い建物だと思うが、良く清掃されている印象。マドリードのホテルに比べると、ホテルのレートは割安。特急電車でマドリードまで30分強なので、マドリードには泊まらずにトレドに宿泊するプランはありだと思う。ロケーションと施設は良いが、残念ながらサービスには不満な点がいくつかあった。受付の人は、スペインのホテルにしては珍しくフレンドリーさは感じられず、対応が面倒くさそう。そして前日にトレドの夜景を楽しもうと思い、ホテルのレストランでの夕食を予約したが、通されたのは窓側の席ではなかった。窓側の席は白人が占めていて、窓側ではない席はアジア系の人達ときれいに分かれていた。あくまでも偶然であり、人種差別的な対応をするレストランスタッフがいた訳ではないと祈りたい。夕食、朝食ともに料理は平均以上だと思う。

酒店在託萊多附近山上，開車大約10分鐘，就在觀景台旁邊，視野非常好，可以看到託萊多古城全景，如果自駕推薦住在這裏。

酒店位置絕佳 但是不在老城裡 在老城對面的山上 所以可以俯瞰老城 教堂和城堡 夕陽西下非常漂亮 去託萊多必住酒店 15點入住 早到也衹能寄了行李去老城逛逛 去老城有班車 也可以步行 步行的話估計要1個小時吧

房間位置絕佳，可以俯瞰整個古城，在酒店餐廳的陽台可以照出俯瞰全城的照片兒。出酒店後往山坡上走有小路。上到山頂拍照，見圖二。晚餐選擇不多。

酒店裝飾很有年代感，房間寬敞，看出去景觀好，能看到託萊多老城， 整體服務友好，酒店門前停車接送人方便。早餐品種不多，服務員少，對客人的需求不能及時響應。
