Suosikki ravintola. Koska se on juuri remontoitu, siinä on pesukone, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, induktioliesi, merkkivesiautomaatti jne. Se on kuin pieni asuntola, jossa on kaikki tarvittavat mukavuudet. Sijainti on myös hyvä. Se on vain 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä uloskäynniltä C6. Hotellia kunnostetaan parhaillaan kerros kerrokselta. Uskon, että se on vielä parempi, kun se valmistuu. Tulee takaisin ja pysyy uudelleen tulevaisuudessa.

Room was great! TBH hotel rooms in Tokyo are generally very small but this one is pretty acceptable. Enough space to open 1 suitcase and plenty of space to put our bags. There’s a washing machine and a balcony in the room too. The bathroom is bigger than I thought. Overall it’s very clean. The only downside is that the TV doesn’t show anything, you’ll need to purchase movies or not watch it at all. 2 mins walk from the metro station. Around 15-20 mins metro away from Tokyo station. There’s a shrine next to the hotel and can check it out too. Quite some restaurants near the hotel too. There’s a really good ramen place called 吉田屋 nearby.

Theres 2 entrances to e hotel and e rear exit is extremely near to e train station. Lawson and fam mart are just across e street but 7-11 is slightly further. Theres lots of great food in e vicinity. E washing machine+dryer is definitely a lifesaver! Instructions are printed and quite straightforward. Advised to wash and dry before u leave e hotel, and when back at night dry another round. Each cycle of washing and drying takes ~2hr? Room cleaning is super basic (change towel and clear trash) gotta pay extra if u want more cleaning services. Front desk staff were thoughtful, they allow me to feed my child at e lobby, even offered utensils when one of them saw me struggling to feed with a chopstick. Thank u for e pleasant stay!

I accidentally booked the wrong room and didn’t realize it didn’t come with a washing machine. After I contacted the hotel, the staff were very considerate and kindly arranged a room with a washing machine for me. I really appreciate their flexibility and thoughtful service—it made my stay much more comfortable and worry-free!

Location is close to metro station. Hotel is surrounded by lots of eateries and it's quite near to a huge supermarket. Room is fairly quiet. However, for light sleepers, you might be woken up by traffic noise (occasionally, ambulance siren). Having a washing machine in the room is really convenient for us as we are travelling in Japan for a month. It helps settle our laundry at our convenience. Room size is big enough for two. Bed is comfortable. Shower pressure is strong and water heater works!

LOVE the room with our own washing machine/dryer. We're able to do laundry after a day out, and our unpacking upon reaching home after the trip was much easier. The room isn't big, but adequate. The area right opposite the hotel is rather lively with many restaurants and eateries.

The hotel is located near both the JR station and subway station, making transportation extremely convenient. The hotel also works with Airpoter for same-day luggage delivery to the airport, so there is no need to carry luggage around or return to the hotel before heading to the airport. The room is spacious and very clean, equipped with a ReFa shower head, quality body wash, and a hairdryer. The in-room washer–dryer is extremely convenient, allowing washing and drying in one go, and laundry detergent is also provided. Water machines are available at the lobby. The staff speak English well and are very kind and helpful. They even proactively provided tape when they saw me packing a box, which was a thoughtful touch.

I stayed at Tokyu Stay Tsukiji during my summer trip to Tokyo in August 2025, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The hotel delivers exceptionally well in almost every category. Cleanliness: 5/5 The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh, and the overall environment felt hygienic and comfortable. Service: 5/5 Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and they provided great recommendations for exploring the area. Facilities: 5/5 The hotel’s facilities exceeded expectations. The in-room washer/dryer was incredibly convenient, especially during a summer trip. Everything worked perfectly and added real value to the stay. Location: 3/5 The only drawback was the location. While the neighborhood itself is pleasant and fairly quiet, the walk to the nearest station is about 15 minutes, which can feel long—especially in Tokyo's summer heat. If you plan to move around the city often, the distance might be a minor inconvenience. Overall: Despite the location issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-serviced hotel in the Ginza/Tsukiji area—and don’t mind a bit of walking—Tokyu Stay Tsukiji is a great choice.

Great basic hotel in a really good location near to Yotsuya station. More of an aparthotel, the room had a fridge, microwave and single hob so handy for self catering. It also had an excellent washer/dryer. The room was quite large and had a seating area and table which was nice. Toiletries were good, nice shower. We didn’t try the breakfast box as there was a really lovely cafe just a few yards away. However, the free coffee bar was very useful. There are multiple eating options close by.
