The check-in time which is a little bit late in the afternoon is not welcoming for travellers, specially that here is no luggage room/ storage. The room is just enough for a family of 4. Just ok for an overnight stay.

地理位置好偏，也不方便，假期訂的房間太貴了，一點也不值，沒前台辦理入住不方便非常麻煩，後來有工作人員幫忙才辦理好入住，搞了一小時也不行，好差的一次體驗，訂了三天，本來第二天都想退了再訂，家人不想再花錢浪費就繼續住多一晚，床被好像沒換過 幾天睡覺都癢癢的，後來有叫換了床單，可是被子沒換也是癢了一晚，如果入住要說清楚全部換，下次不會入住這裏

Booked a room for 4 people at Sakura Cross Hotel Shinjuku East Annex for a night after our Fujisan trip and before flying home. It was a very comfortable stay and all of us slept soundly. We were happy with how spacious the hotel room was considering this hotel was in Shinjuku. Check-in & check-out procedures were self-service and very easy and convenient. The only downside is that the walk from Shinjuku Station to the hotel was about 20 minutes, so it can feel like forever if you're walking with luggage. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

房間地下半層，這個應該説明，外面如果趴過來看是能看到裏面的，，日本的房間非常狹窄，我們訂的四人間2千多感覺如果不是正規酒店非常不值得，如果知道堅決不定，就是一個沒人值守的公寓樣子，入住填寫也是非常複雜，都是要自己座，最最可怕的是要四點入住，這個這麼多年很難遇到，我完全沒看到，大家要注意這個問題，還有一點中午來的發現入住時間不對，想存一下行李，竟然拒絕，也是説了半天，規定是不可以，想想都可怕萬一不讓存，四個人的東西我都不知道去哪，太不方便，我絕的商家完全沒有站在旅行者的想法去做，旅行體驗零分，當你都看不到是酒店的樣子，已經感覺自己是個冤大頭了，各位請避坑。

It’s quite far from the metro station

Location is too far away from Shinjuku, even walking from Shinjuku East subway exit.

とても清潔でベットもシモンズで快適でした、照明パネルの操作がわかりづらかったのと、チェックインが無人なので6人部屋で4人で泊まった為登録が完了せずなかなか入れず困りました

Exceeded our expectations. The service is so heartwarming like you’re in the comforts of your own home. The ambience is homey. The room is super extraordinary. Spacious, Very Clean & Sanitized. The bath is super neat & super updated. Very impressive interior. So worth the trip. Sakura Cross Hotel is quality & value for money. Complete with amenities. Within walking distance from Higashi-Shinjuku Station & Fukutoshin Line to Hachiko & Shibuya Scramble Crossing; Lawson (for your extra essentials) & Tully’s (for a cup of brew & sandwiches). Charming neighborhood & very accessible. Thank you to Ms. Tam & Rion-San for the impeccable customer service. Really appreciate it. Your client service is royalty.

ยอดเยี่ยม เหมาะสำหรับพักแบบครอบครัว ห้องไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่ไม่เล็กมาก ห้องพักสะอาด สถานที่รอบข้างมีร้านสะดวกซื้อและร้านอาหารมากมาย ห่างจากรถไฟฟ้าปานกลาง สามารถเดินได้ ที่สำคัญพนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม

We love the hotel so much. Near to the train station and convenient store.

Great hotel, convenient location Room was as described, fit our family of 5 well, clean and comfortable sheets/pillows. Enough towels and toiletries. Only improvement is check in process - required to add info for every guest including children but info was the same for family. would have preferred to fill that in before arrival

Very tiny rooms but amazingly efficient use of space. Very clean and modern. A bit tough with finding spaces for all of our 5 suitcases. Very walkable. I can recommend and will stay again.
