Our rooms are designed to be compact, which is standard for budget hotels in central Tokyo. Also the room size is stated on the reservation site so that guests can make an informed decision in advance.Regarding the towels and cleaning service, all information is shared in advance prior to arrival. To maintain affordable prices for all our guests, daily towel changes are not included. However, fresh towels are provided free of charge on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, and subsequent days after check-in. For guests who prefer more frequent changes, an optional towel replacement service is available for an affordable fee.As for the bathroom ventilation, we understand your concern. However, please kindly note that due to the high level of humidity in Japan, especially during certain seasons, we advise keeping the ventilation fan on at all times to prevent any moisture buildup or odors.We appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve our services.
