Simply the best place to stay during family trip to Tokyo. Very clean, complete with amenities. Quite area, 24hrs supermarket just across the property. Close to Kasai Station 3 mins walk, easy to get around Tokyo. Definitely will stay here again next trip. Highly recommended

チェックインとチェックアウトは人と接続する必要がなく、Tablet 一つで簡単！！トイレ別のお風呂で気分が良かった。お部屋も広い感じがする。テーブルとソファがあるので人数が多くても化粧するスペースに困らなかった。

圖四是馬路對面的超市 ，距離10米，裏面東西很實惠，比711便宜多了。房間大概17-18平米的樣子。有微波爐，電磁爐，鍋，碗，調羹，水斗。説過了七天打掃房間。牙刷是要200日元自己買，或者自己帶。毛巾有的，但是七天才換的。離葛西地鐵站300米不到。酒店蠻新的。價格實惠，性價比高。關鍵房間肯定比一般東京酒店大點，帶了三個行李箱，可以完全打開。

這個酒店沒有前台需要自己辦入住，可以打前台的視頻通話會有人幫助你去住，酒店周圍很方便，有一個洗衣房洗衣服300日元一次，重點是衹收100塊的哦！準備零錢，烘乾100塊30分鐘！我是連住每天沒有打掃我要自己找服務員要垃圾袋🤣，退房的時間是10點但是我搞錯了他來通知我，我遲到了40分鐘不過也沒收錢！還是挺不錯的，下次應該還會住這裏

This is my 2nd time booking this hotel, it's not convenient for shopping coz it far from the shopping areas. I have no choice because I got something to do in that area. I would like to "complain" to the hotel receptionist, that the guy is really impolite and rude. First of all, the receptionist lost my booking details saying I did not book the room, and then yelled at me to check with my agent company, which is TRIP.com. After checking, he gave me a room which had guests occupied. The most awkward thing is I came to know it when I opened his room's door. I cannot expect such a stupid thing to happen in such a modern city, particularly since the receptionist communicated with me not in-person, but through skype. I cannot even see his face. I finally got a smaller room (for 3 adults) than I originally requested, and the arrangement took me almost an hour... I will not book this hotel again!!!! Everyone should try to avoid such Hi-tech hotel
