Simply the best place to stay during family trip to Tokyo. Very clean, complete with amenities. Quite area, 24hrs supermarket just across the property. Close to Kasai Station 3 mins walk, easy to get around Tokyo. Definitely will stay here again next trip. Highly recommended

The only inconvenience is the use of teleconference with hotel reception.

This is my 2nd time booking this hotel, it's not convenient for shopping coz it far from the shopping areas. I have no choice because I got something to do in that area.
I would like to "complain" to the hotel receptionist, that the guy is really impolite and rude.
First of all, the receptionist lost my booking details saying I did not book the room, and then yelled at me to check with my agent company, which is TRIP.com.
After checking, he gave me a room which had guests occupied. The most awkward thing is I came to know it when I opened his room's door.
I cannot expect such a stupid thing to happen in such a modern city, particularly since the receptionist communicated with me not in-person, but through skype. I cannot even see his face.
I finally got a smaller room (for 3 adults) than I originally requested, and the arrangement took me almost an hour...
I will not book this hotel again!!!!
Everyone should try to avoid such Hi-tech hotel
