Service is good, I like this hotel.

地點很方便，交通便利，附近有各種商店和餐廳。 大堂可以取乳液，化粧水，發膜等sample，提供自助入住和多語種選擇。 但衛生情況有待改善，我住了6天，清潔員只是倒了垃圾和整理床舖，而洗手間內還看到昨天的頭髮和水漬。 相比其他日本酒店較為遜色。

位置方便，距離夜市，火車站，地鐵很近，出門交通方便，商業繁華，逛商場吃飯都很方便，酒店性價比還還可以

The hotel's location is unbeatable - 5 to 10 minutes walk to major shopping malls (Keio, Lumine and Takashimaya/Isetan) and many good food and attractions within the Shinjuku area! The airport shuttle is right at the door step; which is an absolute convenience for travellers! Room is a bit small (atypical for Japan hotels); but very clean and comfortable. Kudos points goes to the amenities bar with all sorts of amenities (Right down to hair masks/facial masks and bath salts) which were totally surprising and scored bonus points with me! :) I will definitely book this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo.

交通便利,機場大巴接送直接到酒店門口, 酒店就在新宿站旁邊,地理位置非常好, 去澀谷就兩站, 非常繁華,像上海的南京路。

成田機場✈️ #利木津大巴 最後一站就停酒店樓下 太適合我這種怕坐電車🚃和公共交通的人了 哪怕一個人買買買帶兩個行李箱🧳也毫無壓力 出門就是 #JR新宿站 和 #lumine新宿 我每天買了東西就走回去丟到房間再下來接着買🤣 酒店樓下還有一家超大的 #montbell 購票提示🚏 自動售票機選“新宿太陽道廣場大飯店”下車 英文名稱是“Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku” 注意和定房網站上面的名字不太一樣哦 定房網站用的是音譯“新宿燦路都大酒店” 這家在銀座也有分店， 距離機場巴士車站大約步行10分鐘的距離 房間面積不算太小，一個人攤開30寸行李箱還是可以的 備品是在電梯口自行取用 從發膜到面膜到各種沖飲類一應俱全 那個pola的發膜很好用

Amenities were provided and this helped me saved a lot of luggage space. The room was of decent size which can accommodate 2 medium luggages to be opened and the bed was comfortable. Great location as it was very near to Shinjuku station. The staff were also helpful in our check in and check out which expedite the entire process. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
