Just a decent hotel. Not the cleanest and nothing good / bad about it. Security is slightly concerning at night

Excellent Location, Comfortable Stay, Great Value! The hotel is in a fantastic location—just a short walk from both the Metro and JR lines. You can leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in time, which is super convenient. The room was clean and spacious—we could easily open three large suitcases at once. Staff spoke English well and there are self-service check-in/out machines, making everything even more convenient. The area around the hotel is right in the heart of tourist spots, with Don Quijote, famous restaurants, anime shops, and direct airport bus access at a reasonable price. Housekeeping was done daily. The bed was soft and cozy, and the bathroom was clean with a bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. They also provided a hairdryer and sleepwear. I was really impressed, especially considering the price was more affordable than other areas in Tokyo. Super convenient and surrounded by everything you need for a fun and easy trip!

訂了四人房，但四人房完全不建議訂住，它是田字結構，四張床緊貼在一起，完全沒有空間放行李箱，十分不便！ 酒店沒有洗衣有些不方便.. 但位置的確一流，出門轉左就是池袋駅，四周有購物中百貨、扭蛋、夾公仔店，去新宿都是九分鐘的車程，超快。 如果兩個人住我推薦，但四人房，真心不要試…

화장실이 조금 좁기는 하지만, 도쿄라는 위치, 가격, 주변시설(파르코 백화점, 돈키호테 등)을 고려하면 정말 좋은 숙소에요! 추천드립니다-*

我多次入住此酒店，房間乾淨整潔，每天都有客服打掃，酒店大堂人員也很熱情。

位置方便，但比較舊，整體不過不失，房間大。

フロント対応もよかったです。朝食もまずまずです。

對呢間酒店非常滿意，之前揾咗幾間都唔滿意，呢一間酒店嘅位置非常方便，就喺地鐵隔離，而且周邊有好多大嘅商場同葯粧喎食街，非常之好住，房間有大，可以擺落兩個大嘅行李箱，下次有機會去東京都會選擇住呢一間酒店

水回りは古いが、清掃がきちんとされている。

東京近郊に住む親族に会うために、5泊6日で利用しましたが、接客態度が素晴らしいと思いました。 チェックアウトする日の朝、フロントに内線電話で質問しましたが、外国の女性スタッフらしき方が、日本語も流暢でとても丁寧な対応をしてくれました。 唯一、お風呂のシャワーキャップが無いのだけが残念でした。
