我個人而言是覺得還OK，一般日本商務快捷酒店的水準。只是家人不太滿意（可惜東京度假酒店太貴預算不足科科）。 整體整潔，房間設施老舊，但是有微波爐很好評。浴室水流非常大很好，但是馬桶圈和馬桶大小不配套，使用上很困惑，馬桶圈噴水口有污漬不敢使用。 電梯味道太大（木板包裹？可能是最近在裝修防止刮碰吧） 服務還是OK的，離車站不遠，對於成田來回的遊客很友好，對面有食堂周邊有便利店也很方便，徒步到車站附近會熱鬧不少

實際入住跟照片提供的樣子不一樣，一樣的房型但房間的狀態非常讓人感到不舒服，感覺很久沒有維持硬體的品質，牆壁蠟黃，浴室有發霉，冷氣跟房間有一種很老舊的霉味，衛生感受堪憂，外面會有火車的聲音。床跟桌面算是乾淨的，沐浴用品有提供，房間非常小間，但住過ㄧ晚就轉去其他家飯店，真心不推薦這一家，唯一的優點是櫃檯服務人員態度很好，離火車站近，建議可以尋找其他類似或高一點價位的飯店。 The actual room differed from the photos; despite being the same type, it was uncomfortable and poorly maintained. The walls were yellowed, the bathroom had mold, and there was an old, musty smell from the air conditioner and the room itself. The cleanliness was questionable, and there was noise from passing trains. While the bed and desk were clean, and toiletries were provided, the room was very small. I stayed only one night before moving to another hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place. The only positives were the friendly front desk staff and the proximity to the train station. I suggest looking for a similar or slightly higher-priced hotel elsewhere.
