We stayed at Monday Apart Ueno Shinokachimachi for one night before heading to Niigata. The room was spacious and well-suited for a family, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette and washing machine were particularly useful. However, our experience with the staff was mixed. The lady at the information desk was not very approachable and came across as rude. On the other hand, the gentleman we interacted with was very nice and helpful. We hope that the lady can improve her customer service skills, as she might be more helpful and pleasant to future guests. Overall, the accommodation itself was excellent, and we would consider staying here again.

Monday Apartment Hotel exceeded my expectations for comfort and convenience. The rooms were elegantly designed, featuring plush bedding and modern amenities that made for a restful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Located near major attractions and public transport, exploring the city was a breeze. Overall, this hotel provided a perfect blend of luxury and accessibility, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking comfort.

房間乾淨整潔舒適

環境乾淨，空間很大行李很有空間可打開整理，各種設備熱水壺、吹風機、洗烘托機、淋浴浴缸都有、與廁所分開，適合家庭入住，價格也很實在、電子密碼進入也很方便，

酒店很適合家庭多天旅遊住宿，有洗衣烘乾機、廚房多樣設施，可以自煮做飯不怕飲食不習慣，酒店利用密碼電子鎖控制安全，家人各自行動起來不用怕帶鑰匙麻煩，酒店環境衛生乾淨，酒店交通方便前後左右各有地鐵站，四週景點有上野恩𧶽公園、淺草雷門、東京晴空塔、百貨公司也在附近，也值得獨旅喔！

房間太小了，離地鐵站走路大概要十分鐘，其他都挺好。

우에노,신오카치마치 등 근접한 역들이 많아 여기저기 돌아다닐 때 편했습니다. 위치가 좋아요. 숙소 앞에 편의점도 있습니다. 세탁기는 건조기랑 일체형이라 빨래/건조가 모두 가능합니다. 냄비나 전기포트 등 위생상태는 별로였는데 식기는 비교적 괜찮았습니다. 냄비는 필요하시면 싼걸 사서 쓰고 버리시는걸 추천. 침대도 푹신했고 난방도 좋았고, 물도 잘 나옵니다. 프론트에 24시간 직원이 상주해 있어서 좋았습니다. 뭘 물어봐도 친절하게 답변 해주세요. 5박6일 머물렀는데 매일 새 수건을 받을 수 있었습니다. :) 좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다. 감사합니다.

房間內空間大4個大行李箱打開來，行走空間還很寬，建議喜歡採購的朋友住，夏天住宿多日洗衣服也很方便，乾淨舒適推薦

飯店房間乾淨，地理位置距離阿美橫丁非常近，離地鐵站也近轉車方便，更有免費switch可以借，房間也有洗脫烘洗衣機廚房用具和備品一應俱全，非常棒的住宿體驗。
