Our hotel has a large public bath, which is rare in the Ginza area. We also have a gym, albeit a small one.We are very disappointed for any dissatisfaction you have experienced with our hotel. With regard to our breakfast buffet, it combines 40 varieties of Italian and Japanese dishes. Italian and Japanese breakfast buffet you can enjoy in our restaurant : Fried eggs / omelettes / pasta / gratin / salad bar / Japanese dishes / sunomono pickles / grilled fish / stewed fish / Japanese omelette, etc. (around 40 different dishes)Once again, we appreciate that you have taken the time to provide us with your feedback. If you have an opportunity, we do recommend the Deluxe Twin room. The Deluxe Twin room sits on 34.6sqm, it is bigger than most hotel average in Tokyo.Inquiries about Lost and FoundLost and found items received from guests are properly databased through daily cooperation between cleaning and front desk staff.In addition, when we receive inquiries about lost items, we take action such as shipping the items when found.However, if we are unable to locate the actual item you inquired about, we will not be able to assist you.
