Having recently stayed at the karaksa hotel TOKYO STATION, I can offer a first-hand review of my experience. Location, Location, Location: The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its exceptional location. It's literally just across the road from Tokyo Station, making it incredibly convenient for anyone arriving or departing by train, including the Shinkansen. This proximity also provides easy access to the vast Tokyo Metro network, making exploring the city a breeze. I also appreciated the numerous shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and within the underground malls connected to the station. Even with luggage, the walk from the station was short and manageable. Room Comfort and Cleanliness: My room, a standard twin, was compact but efficiently designed. While not spacious, it was certainly adequate for two people and our luggage. I found it to be immaculately clean, which is always a top priority for me. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the inclusion of a universal adapter and USB-C charging ports by the bedside. The bathroom, while also on the smaller side, was modern and well-maintained, with a separate shower area which was a plus. Service and Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. From check-in to any inquiries I had, they were always polite and willing to assist. I was particularly impressed by their good English communication skills, which made everything very smooth. One staff member even provided me with a detailed map of Tokyo Station, which was incredibly useful for navigating such a large and complex hub. Facilities and Amenities: While the hotel doesn't boast extensive facilities like a large gym or pool, it does offer some thoughtful extras. The complimentary drinks and snacks available in the lobby from 10 am to midnight were a welcome touch, especially after a long day of sightseeing. They also had luggage storage available, which was convenient on my departure day. I also noticed they had umbrellas available to borrow, which would have been handy if it had rained.

初めて泊まりました。泊まっている方はほとんど海外の方が多かったです。スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。荷物も気持ちよく預かってくれました。部屋は少し狭く景色もなかったですが、清潔感があってお水のサービスもありありがたかったです。下のロビーにはドリンクのサービスもあってコーヒーをいただきました。コンビニ近くにあります。東京駅から近いので移動に便利でした。チェックアウト後の移動の際、荷物も預けることが出来て東京駅のコインロッカーを探さなくて良かったので助かりました。また利用したいと思います！

酒店地理位置非常好，一人帶三娃來回東京站中轉推行李箱走到酒店幾分鐘就到，非常方便。酒店工作人員服務態度也非常好，我從京都酒店寄行李箱過來東京酒店輪子被摔壞了，酒店主動幫我聯繫運輸公司協調，當天太晚聯繫不上運輸公司第二天一早酒店工作人員主動到我房間要走我的運輸單子幫我聯繫，超級感動。 這次三晚住了三個不同的房間，他們房型很多，這次分別住了聯通房、四床房和榻榻米。空間在這種寸土寸金的黃金地段算是非常大的了。做為娃多的家庭，以後來還會選擇住這裏。

空間不大/地點優

Love the hotel! The location is perfect, locate just accross the road from Tokyo station which is one of main station that can access to both JR lines and Metro lines. We took Airport limousine bus from Haneda to Tokyo station, so it was easy to take all all luggages to the hotel. It's also possible to walk to/from Tokyo station without acrossing the road, by walking through Yaesu underground shopping mall (but this way has no escalator). Room are clean and nicely equipped, they provide 1 universal dapter on the desk, but there's also USB-C socket on each bed headboard. Room space is considering big for Tokyo, we can open 2 suitcase at the same time. There's free drink for guests in lobby area until midnight. For breakfast, we can choose an option between breakfast in the hotel or exchange with 500JPY coupon for nearby shopping mall. All staff that we met are helpful and could communicate very well in English, one staff provide me a Tokyo station map with explanation note how to easily find a way in the station when I approach then to ask for help. For sure we'd would prefer to stay in this hotel again for our next trip in Tokyo!

酒店位置太讚了，就在東京站對面，這也是我們在東京的第一站，酒店前台很友好，也提供免費咖啡飲料，行李寄存，我們住在這裏去富士山有巴士就在酒店對面。東京站歷史悠久，這附近的皇居和周邊都值得慢慢欣賞。東京站裏好吃的以及各種手辦應有盡有，一站搞定，非常值得推薦。

有一個會中文的前台，其他前台英語溝通都ok，要什麼有求必應。最滿意的是每天十點到晚上十二點，大堂有飲料、咖啡、熱水、零食、小麪包自助，每層樓還都有一台大功率製冰機。滿足了長者和小孩的温水需求。離地鐵站、東京站都很近，周圍也都有便利店，很方便遊客。

免費升級了房間，前台小哥非常耐心，辦理迅速，會説中文。 浴室乾濕分離，洗手池在浴室外 周圍izakaya，便利店方便 對面就是東京站，適合第二天趕車的，大丸百貨也很好逛，車站很多手信

房間大而寧靜，隔音設備十分好，非常近東京車站而且價錢比其他酒店合理得多。酒店嘅welcome drink 除了有咖啡，更有其他飲料，仲有蛋糕及糖果小食，非常有心！

這家行李寄存在checkin之前和checkout之後都很方便，歐美遊客蠻多。前台姐妹人好好啊，那天幫我升級了房間面積，住進了九樓的大間，雙床還有很多空間盈餘。不過淋浴空間真的很小，設計的時候放的不多。這家花灑有兩個高度可放，一個是正常高度，一個差不多在肩膀處，後者更方便點。整個房間都十分乾淨，換風系統非常好，空氣清新。 附近位置和交通十分便利，就在日本橋高島屋旁邊，很方便在銀座一帶購物來回，到新宿和澀谷也很快。不過因為地處商業區，房間窗外就是一面牆，沒啥風景可欣賞，有舍有得。總之很適合購物的時候來住。

位置非常好，機場巴士直達東京站，日本橋站只2分鐘，往東京站食拉麵，三分鐘不到16號， 日本橋有銀座線，淺草線！ 方便到一個點！ 非常方便洒店！ 只是星期五，六晚價錢非常不平宜！ 平日住，超值👍🏻房間size 算合理!
