Super Hotel Premier Ginza arvostelua

在東京銀座溫泉酒店的四天三夜，簡直是一場都市逃逸的夢幻體驗！酒店藏身於銀座最繁華的街區，卻像一片隱秘的綠洲，頂樓的露天溫泉讓人瞬間忘卻喧囂。泡在熱氣騰騰的天然溫泉中，抬頭就能看到東京塔在夜空中閃耀，這種反差感讓人驚艷到無法言語。房間設計低調奢華，床品柔軟得像雲朵，每晚都睡得無比香甜。早餐是一場味覺盛宴，從新鮮刺身到熱騰騰的釜飯，每一口都是極致的享受。最棒的是，酒店服務貼心到極致，連我喜歡的枕頭高度都記得一清二楚！四天下來，身心都被徹底寵壞了，離開時竟然有種依依不捨的感覺。如果你想要一場既能感受東京繁華，又能享受極致放鬆的旅程，這裡絕對是不二之選！

特別好，離地鐵近，吃住都方便

아이와 함께 했던 여행이라 위치도 중요했지만 깨끗한 것도 중요 했었어요. 그리고 여행이 필요가 느껴질 수 있으니 온천이 있는 곳으로 가기 원해서 선택한 호텔이었는데, 지하철에 에스컬레이터가 조금 멀다는 건 있지만 그래도 주변이 이것저것 갈 곳도 있었고 맛있는 것도 많았고 호텔 자체가 너무 깨끗했고 직원들도 친절 했었어요. 그리고 온천은 아주 잘갔지만 깔끔했고, 청결하게 유지 되어 있어서 너무 좋았던 호텔입니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 숙소 자체가 일본의 특성상 좁을 수밖에 없다는 점이 어쩔 수 없는 아쉬움인것 같습니다.

地理位置不錯，房間比較小，這家酒店前台對於中國人態度和其他國家完全不一樣，下次應該不會再住，另外單獨買的早餐太無語了，浪費早餐費

The location is great. Great choice for a stay in the Ginza area after some busy shopping. The Onsen is good enough for a hotel in an urban area.

房間整潔，離地鐵站非常近，到銀座、有樂町步行就可以到，每天走累了可以泡泡温泉。下次到東京還會住這家酒店。

有泡湯的地方增加了趣味 但是房間太小了 還是不建議來

We chose this hotel last minute due to some changes to our itinerary. The hotel is located in Ginza and just 10 mins walk to main shopping street. 6 mins walk to the JR train station for Haneda Airport. Access to the room is by using a pin code. There is no need to checkout at counter, just need to place the checkout magnetic sign at the room front door facing the corridor. The room space is very limited. Enough for 1 24" & 3 20" luggage bags. Any additional big luggage bags in the room, you need to walk on top of the beds. Laundry room, you may skip it. No coins or cards are accepted. You need to download an app to make payment just for the 3kg wash & drying machines (separate machines) If you intend to forward your bulk luggage bags to the hotel, they only accept on the check-in date due to limited space. I booked the hotel through Trip.com. So i went through Trip.com agent to communicate with the hotel if i could send my luggage to the hotel 2 days early before my check-in date. The staff responds YES, they will help me keep. Then we dragged our 3 28" heavy luggage bags through the train, staircases & streets to reach the hotel. The staff that greeted us rejected our luggage bags. I gave her my check-in details & the staff name that accepted our request but to no avail. Luckily, we are able to send our luggage bags to our next hotel through JP Post at Lawson convenience store nearby after 30 mins searching around. If the staff that replied to my request rejected me upfront, all this wouldn't have happened. We are like an ****** dragging our luggage bags around. I can't imagine what will happen to our luggage bags if we used a luggage forwarding company to send them in 2 days early? Return back to the company, and we have to collect them? On the day before we drag our luggage bags, i've sent an email to the hotel directly to clarify again. They didn't reply. Even until now, after a few weeks, i didn't get any response from the hotel. Excellent customer service, keep up the good work.

在東京市區中難得有浴場的酒店， 雖然唔大， 但有已經好好， 房間不大， 但都舒服， 房外即有水機， 方便👍🏻！ 職員也有禮！

욕장이용시간이 오전 9시에 끝나버려 이용이 애매했습니다. 저희는 아침에 러닝을 하거나 돈키호테를 다녀오는등의 일정이 있었는데 다녀와서 욕장을 이용할수 없었습니다.

ROH룸을 예약했고 2인실 게스트룸을 받았는데 방이 정말 좁았어요. 방안에서는 캐리어를 열 수도 없고 둘이 방에서는 지나다니기도 좁았어요. 방안에서 뭘 먹을 생각은 하지마세요.. 침대 컨디션은 무난했는데 머리 위 창문에서 바람들어와서 추웠어요. 그나마 대욕탕이있어서 씻는 건 좀 해결했고요. 긴자역이 아니라 히가시긴자역과 가까운데, 이 역은 관광지 이동은 좀 애매해요. 그나마 아사쿠사 우에노만 편하고.. 다음에는 재방문없을거같아요! 추천도 안할거에요.

Great location, very close to the shopping districts of Ginza. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Good access to the Tokyo Metro. Plus point is the Starbucks and Starbucks Reserve within walking distance. Also plus point: the hotel serve free coffee at the lobby. Room is on the smaller end (as with any hotel in Tokyo) but the nice lobby is a nice escape from the room. Clean and daily replenish of towels. This is top choice for me. I would gladly book again when I visit Tokyo.
