前台服務很好

Its very good place! I hope i will back to it in next year. Combini about 6 minutes, subway about 6 minutes. Ueno about 2 stops. Very good location, pleasure administration. On the morning you can get free coffe and umbrelas if rain is going.

酒店的床很小 但是三人間能攤開放下六個行李箱… 離地鐵站有一段距離 比較麻煩 偏民俗類型，不會每天來打掃衞生 吹風機裏全是灰 風還特別小

Отель был отличный, убрано чисто, большая часть персонала невероятно прекрасные люди! Уборка номера была по расписанию, ресепшн работал почти круглосуточно. В отеле был лифт, что не так часто встречается в Японии. Удобное расположение, до метро всего 5 минут, до ближайшего магазина где-то 2.

Good for family stay, away from city a bit but still able to access underground train

The floor wasn’t so clean and there is no daily room cleaning. The location is pretty convenient when there’s no snow, but unfortunately the snow fell hard during our stay, so it’s difficult to travel with luggage & baby stroller. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Having washing machine & cloth dryer right in the room is a big plus! (Very handy! Love it!)

Near to minowa station, residential area, quite far from shopping center. The soundproof of the room is not that good, we can hear from above room and the corridor, but overall all the guests seem just back for sleep only, so it was not that noisy. For this price, everything seemed good enough.

Hotel so comfy, i wrong sent our lagguage but still safe in hotel. You must try the hotel. The hotel same with apart. Washing machine for free. Staff so humble and good

很近地鐵站，仲有24小時超級市場，麥當勞係附近。酒店舒適寧靜，又有洗衣機可以洗衫掠衫！服務很好，依個價值真係好抵！

Hotel Sails exceeded our expectations. As a family with a 7 and 10 year old, we wanted a little extra space and two rooms. The hotel delivered well on that front, with two bedrooms and a small kitchen and dining space. It was clean, and felt spacious by Tokyo standards. What really made the hotel is the extremely helpful owner on the front desk, with perfect English he was happy to help and answer questions. It's not a central Tokyo location, but 2 stops up from Ueno and 4 from Akihabara, there's plenty within easy reach. Minowa itself was quiet and peaceful, but we also found some excellent small dining options here which felt very authentic. There's a few 7-Eleven stores to pick up supplies and breakfast as well. This isn't a 5 star hotel in Shinjuku, but that's not what we were looking for. We wanted something affordable that offered family space. It being a little out of the way wasn't a problem for us, so if you don't mind that, it's worth considering!

Lovely hosts, gorgeous neighbourhood and exceptionally clean. One of the few places we could find with room for two kids and two adults where we didn’t need separate hotel rooms. It is a bit further out compared to other places but we felt it was more of a genuine Japanese experience due to this. We love Japan, we love Tokyo and we enjoyed our hotel stay very much.
