I arrived at Haneda late at night and needed a place to stay nearby before picking up a rental car the next morning. This hotel was a good option — only about a 1,200 yen taxi ride from the airport. The room was clean and the location was convenient.
However, I was surprised to find that there were no staff on-site. Check-in was done via QR code and video call with a remote staff member. Instructions for entering the room were given during the call. Checkout was also self-service. This system may not be ideal for those without internet access or who prefer in-person assistance.
Overall, it’s a clean and convenient place for a short stay near the airport — just be prepared to handle everything yourself.
