環境超棒、特別是客房陽台外的景觀非常美麗，能看到東京塔🗼服務又好，樓下週邊交通非常方便，酒店大門口走不到100米就有地鐵站，旁邊商場食肆一應俱全！下次來東京玩依然首選

Merkeze uzak gezme yerlerine gidiş en az 35dk otel kaliteli ve temiz manzarası güzel, ilgi alaka pek yok su rica ettik odanızdakinden başka veremiyoruz diye karşılık aldık, manzarası çok güzel olan cafesi çok erken 20:00 de kapatıyor daha geç kapanabilir. tekrar tercih edebilirim.

和客服溝通語言不暢，想用翻譯信號也不好，問有沒有會中文的服務員，回答沒有，然後全程僵在那裡，我還在腦中翻騰怎麼溝通，那邊服務員一臉不耐瞪着眼睛站那裡冷冷看着，好像這件事情與她無關一樣，我是客人，即使語言不暢，作為五星級酒店的服務員，難道不是應該想辦法解決問題嗎？後來證實他們有翻譯機，房間隔音特別差，半夜樓上還在蹦躂，幾個晚上沒有休息好，去前台希望處理一下，根本沒人管，設施老舊衞生情況就更糟糕，和日本經濟酒店都不如，看圖吧，之前住過幾次隔壁日航，除了海景位置好一點，其它各方面差太多了
