房間很大，很温馨！衞生很到位！離新宿御苑特別近，走路5分鐘到正門。

地點方便，屋主服務很好，很有禮貌，很細心

대만족! 도쿄에서 이 가격에 이렇게 좋은 숙소는 없습니다. 교통도 좋고, 깨끗하고, 방도 꽤 넓습니다. 무엇보다 호스트가 너무 친절해요. 영상까지 공유해주셔서 체크인하는데 매우 편리했습니다. 다음 여행 때 또 묵고싶어요! 최고최고!!

除了浴室比較小外，其他入住體驗都很好～ 民宿老闆非常親切，遇到問題都會馬上協助處理，真的非常感謝🙏🏻

We love Shinjuku guesthouse so much. It's a great choice for me to book this, at a very reasonable price, near Shinjuku CBD, for my Tokyo Marathon 2025. The apartment is lovely decorated in Japandi interior style, with all the amenities that u may need for ur short stay. I'll definitely come back when I visit Tokyo again in the future. Edwin, the guesthouse caretaker/owner, is also a very nice guy. Though we didn't meet in person, he's so nice to accommodate our one last minute request. For the price we pay, if we stay in a hotel near Shinjuku, we'll get a tiny shoebox room! Thanks so much, Edwin. We love your place, lovely, clean & complete. Oh, it's also a short 5-10 minute walk to bar, eating places which have got great sushi & sashimi near Yoyogi Stn.

잘 머물다 갑니다. 방은 깨끗하고 나름 넓은 편이었고, 무인 체크인 방식인데,, 집주인 분이 친절하게 잘 알려주셔서 불편함은 없었어요.

We stayed 2 times for a total of 6 nights for 3 people. The room is very clean, good amenities, also available electric stove, microwave and eating/cooking utensils. There is also a washing machine in the public area. The room is located in a residential/apartment area, great location, close to JR Yoyogi station, walking distance to Takashimaya Shinjuku. Top value in Tokyo. Our communication with the host was also very easy, helpful and informative. We enjoyed our visit. Thank you
