Minutes walk from Tokyo Station. Staff are very friendly and go all out to help. Definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is very close to Tokyo station! Room size is good. Walking distance to Ginza,Nihonbashi are pretty short.

酒店地點距離東京站很近，非常方便出行。房間大小適中，隔音很好，衞生清潔不錯，床亦很舒服，廁所和浴室是分開的，很方便。酒店大堂有日用品可自行提取。酒店餐廳在11:00-22:00提供免費小食和飲品，非常貼心！真的很適合家庭入住。

這次是我整個行程中第二次入住這家酒店, 但這次房間供應比上一次差, 清潔度沒上回的乾淨 浴室的兩道木門合上後仍然有空罅; 房樓層在5樓, 窗口對住隔壁大廈 沒有景 但整體上不俗, 酒店位置很完美 附近有3家便利店, 職員也很親切

It is a great hotel and the staff are perfect. My 1st time staying here and totally love it. It’s so close to Tokyo Station and convenient to shop around and plenty of local foods to choose from.

The Superior Triple room you stayed in is a triple room with two 90 cm wide single beds and a 90 cm wide sofa bed in a room of over 21 square meters, so some people may feel it is small.Additionally, we are very sorry to hear about your experience with the housekeeping service. Basically we do eco-cleaning (garbage collection, towel change, and simple bed making),and we can not touch the bed when guests' personal belongingse on the beds.However, We would like to apologize for causing you trouble by failing to provide you with sufficient information.Allow us to offer our sincerest apologies that even though you kindly choose our hotel for your trip, We will keep it in mind as a way to help make all of our guests' stays more comfortable.Sincerely,karaksa hotel colors Tokyo Yaesu Front staff
