Flower Terrace Higashi Shinjuku arvostelua

The place is closed to Shinjuku Main Station and a great location for value. The place is meticulously clean with convenient washing machine, steam dryer, microwave, refrigerator in the unit. For family of four, there are 1 full bed, folding sofa bed and a single foldable bed. I like that the shower and toilet are separated. The units are self serve check in and check out. There are locker storage which is a big plus in case you arrived early or need to leave your luggages after check out. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11:00 am. You must check out  before  or at 11:00 am to avoid hefty penalties. I would consider going to this place if I will be in Tokyo on my future trips.

位置十分方便，從東新宿地鐵站出來就是酒店，乾淨衞生，空間在東京的酒店來説就很大了，自助設施很方便操作，還可以自助寄存行李，這一點真的很滿意，樓下有全家便利店，附近還有家24小時的大型超市

房間內各種家電應有盡有，而且樓下就有全家便利商店非常方便！ 以地理位置來說，走路到新宿附近的熱鬧區大概10-20分鐘左右～

All self service, don’t expect to see any staff. There was an incident of no hot water in the morning, after contacting the staff via SMS, I was sent an instruction by email how to fix the problem by myself.

東京的酒店不知道怎麼的，貴得不得了。本來想訂新宿站附近的酒店，但雙床房貴得很，而且很多都滿了。只能選擇遠一點的東新宿。這家酒店其實類似於民宿，自助check in, 沒有清潔服務。房間算大，設施挺新的，很齊全。有小型開放式廚房，洗衣機，微波爐等等。位置算方便，走去東新宿站A3出口就兩分鐘。出門拐彎穿過一個小公園。就到了。 由於酒店位置大是在大街上，所以晚上很安靜。樓下有便利店，但餐廳不多。
