Wir waren "nur" zum Abendessen hier, dieses ist von der Menge sehr umfangreich und vielfältig, sehr schmackhaft und sehr preiswert. Toller Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung ist etwas fad und trostlos, dafür der Blick auf das Meer (das Restaurant ist ca 50m über den Meer direkt an den Klippen) grandios, die Einrichtung einfach. Unglaublich netter Inhaber. Wer nach dem Wadi Hunger hat ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Perfektes Haus am Strand mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Lage ist super zum Wadi Shab erkunden. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut und auch sehr reichhaltig. Morgends konnte man auswählen was man Abends essen will. Perfekt Place.

Location is the best feature of this place. Up on the cliff with a lovely view over the sea and in walkable distance, just downhill, from the Wadi Shab starting point. Although the place was clean, it's a little run down and purely basic. Also lots of work going on around the chalet.

Perched on a cliff overlooking the sea, this well priced hotel is a great stop if you're planning an early walk up the wadi to the incredible cave pool. get a jump on the day and start your walk as early as possible before the sun moves over head and obliterates the shade. If I was on a one day stop over in Oman, I'd even use this hotel as a destination with a hire car straight from the airport, do the wadi in the morning and drive back to the airport the next day - with a stop at the sink hole if time allowed. Beds comfy, aircon good, kettle in room, and great outdoor little table to enjoy the sea view.

The big advantage is the fact that is unbeatably close to the Wadi. The rooms are basic, the AC works and the fridge too. The shower is clean and private, as the toilet as well. The house is run by a indian man, friendly but very silent. He offered us a dinner - done by him and a second man. This was tasty and well prepared. Unbeatable price of OMR 6 for 2 persons. The breakfast comes on top and is 2,5 OMR per Person per day. If you go there for the Wadi, what everybody does, then this is "Chalet" is best choice. The price is unbeatable... but dont expect 5 stars.

We stayed in Wadi Shab chalet on January 2022. We got no towels. After asking we got 1 Towel for 2 people. There was no blanket. After asking we got a blanked without cover. The view is good, but the price for this kind of service is much to high. Room and bath are poorly cleaned. Owner is not present. He has a repnsible guy not realy engaged.

a vista é incrível!!! acordar de manhã e ver aquela imensidão azul, valeu a estadia! Fora isso, o quarto é mediano, cama mais ou menos confortável, banheiro pequeno, recepcionista antipático e tem estacionamento.

Si tratta di una struttura molto semplice, ma in una splendida posizione, fronte mare, e vicino all'ingresso del Wadi Shab, 2 minuti a piedi, per cui torneremmo sicuramente. Il letto ed i cuscini erano comodissimi. L'aria condizionata silenziosa (l'impianto sembrava nuovo). Non ce lo saremmo mai aspettate, a quel prezzo. Volendo, è possibile ordinare tramite la reception la cena, che verrà recapitata in stanza. Alla mattina ci siamo alzate presto ed abbiamo ammirato una splendida alba dalla spiaggia sottostante.
