Booked for 3 The room was too small even for 2. Damp weather in the room. Phone and Wi-Fi not working No hot water

Same old place nothing changed, since alone and I have patronised this place for 25+ years during my sales career, I booked here. Food in Maya is still good quality. Staff speaks Hindi , disappointed that old Telugu staff were removed. Nature of business I guess. This hotel has a unique heritage and can raise their quality and amenities even better.

Have been staying in Bheemas Deluxe for years and loved the place, especially, the food and central location (but crowded one, near the railway station).
However, I can see deteriorating service in the last few stays there. Next time we'll stay elsewhere but certainly go to have meals and idli-dosa in their Maya restaurant

Fantastic location everything within walking distance. Food is very famous. Amenities are good but electri kettle is absent and so those who need boiled water for drinking face problems. All other services are good.

Staty is comfortable, food is excellent, but they loot you with early check in and late checkout charges both, if you book rooms online, then for 4 hours late checkout they take Rs 1680. and 4 hours early checkin they charged again Rs 1120 so plan your travel accordingly. need to discuss with hotel and need provide flexible checkin and checkout timings as per customer requirement.

1. When we check in, found that the washrooms were not cleaned. It was stinky and bad smell. Even room was not cleaned up. 2. The accessories used for face wash were not fixed properly
3. We wanted drinking water, when we call room service on local hone # 26, a person picked up and talked to us rudely saying that "why are calling me for water, call reception" and when we called reception, they said to call room service. Finally we had to get it from restaurant. The staff behavior was very rude when he visited our room in person.

Worst i would say. I planed for morning 6 am checkin. Unfrtunatly through looks like only from 12pm it is applicable. I had to make my parents who are senior citizens need to wait outside from 6 am to 12pm which is pathetic experince. Why i spoke to hotel staff they cant allow inside until 12pm and if we need to check in early we need to take other room from 6 amm to 12pm again need to shight to original room from 12pm. This is most complicated one. Really horrible next time i will never book
