Stay was good, I dint think they provide food. Other than that only thing was that they charged 5/10 rupee more for each water bottle we took

this property is near to tirupati busstop and railway station, walkable distance. Rooms are small 2 members easily accommodate

This is the 3rd time I'm visiting this Property. 1st 2 times were Ok in cleanliness, we chose it because it's near to the busstand & Railway Station. But this time it was a Nightmare experience, Unclean Towels, Pillow looks like a dirty sack and bedbugs. When we returned to the hotel from our temple visit, Bathroom was filled with tons of little cockroaches which gave us goosebumps. When complained about the above issues, receptionist didn't bother to respond.

I am satisfied with all the Amenities provided by the hotel and it is very clean and neat, and the hotel management and staff are very friendly and polite, They are helping the people who are new to the city by clarifying the customers queries

Need improvement in room maintenance, building also looks litttle old . Room service boys are helpful, not that good food restaurants are walkable, location ok ok over all improvements required

Find the stay through Google maps and it is very nearer to the Railway station. Stay is very comfortable and the hospitality of the Adarsh Residency is good. Though we reached stay before check in time, hotel management allowed us to stay with respect. Very satisfied with both MakeMy Trip as well as Stay.

Full of cockroaches and not clean at all. Very bad experience. Staff were polite but 100s of cockroaches were on the bed in the night

During the stay here, travellers can head to the popular Grand World Theme Park (4.5 km) and Venkateswara Zoological Park (7.5 km). In addition to the world-famous Sri Venkateswara Temple (13 km), you can also visit Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple, ISKCON - Sri Sri Radha Govinda Mandir and Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple (approx. 4 km from here).
Room Amenities: As per their budget, guests can choose to stay in one of the 32 AC/non-AC rooms that are available in Standard and Deluxe categories. In-room conveniences include cable TV, telephone, wardrobe, comfortable bedding, and hot/cold water supply in attached bathrooms. Large groups can choose to stay in a room with four beds.
