The room and the amenities were good. Services were good. Electric kettle with tea coffee making material and arrangements, if provided, will enhance the comfort of stay as this would reduce the dependence on the service staff's arrangement of outsourced tea or coffee during early hours.

For counter bookings, the check-in and check-out is 24 hours, and they offer a complimentary breakfast., it's just 12 to 12 for check-in/out and no free breakfast. Oh, and by the way, the toilets weren't even cleaned before we got assigned our room!

stayed 1 night booked for 2 rooms .. comfort stay.. staff was very friendly especially yuvanasri.. she arranged clean and hygiene room.. Thanks lot Sri Ram Grand Inn and team.

the room booked for me was given to someone. in fact, we had confirmed about the arrival a day before. despite contacting them and confirming they did not provide us with the room. instead they gave us a much smaller room in the next hotel.

The rooms were very neat and clean, the quality of the food was amazing. The hotel location is just opposite to new bus stand which makes it even more easily approaching. Staff treated very politely at the time of check in and check out.

It’s nice stay at Sri Ram Grand Inn. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel location is near Bus terminus and easy to locate.

Stay at sriram was very good and had a very good hospitality by the staff. Location is also very positive, just opp to mgr bus stand

Very bad experience, 2 person staying in just queen bed room is person is very bad behaviour very bad misbehaving with me. Breakfast is not good
