Rooms were decent. Did not seem to have non smoking room. Restaurant was bad. Good location

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Nice interiors of room furnished and bathroom and one draw back was room is smelling of cigarette and i have informed to manager.

There is no flexibility at reception desk
eventhough we have paid the early check in charges they refused to give us a complimentry breakfast

We were not given accommodation in the booked hotel. Made us wait for 30 mins. In fact we had confirmed twice of our arrival. Very bad reception

The location, food and services were good. Would have been nice if they provide hand wash and toilet roll.

Hotel sri ram grand inn offered a good and comfortable stay. Standard rooms were spacious with good bed and amenities. It is in main tirunelveli area offering quick access to important places.

Location, ambience, room are good. Car parking is too small compared to the number of rooms, number of party halls and the restaurant attached it. No separate space for two wheelers. should collect the vehicle no. And also the contact number of the drivers so as to rearrange the cars which were not properly parked. Suggested this to the reception staff.
