Hotel Aryaas

Bad and uncleaned rooms. Doors are broken. Have to ask multiple times to change it.

Location: "Tirunelveli junction le irundhu 10 nimisham nadandhu pona vandhiruchu!" That's the first thought I had when we arrived at Aryas near Nellai Junction. It's so close to the junction that you can hear the trains singing lullabies. Convenient-aa irundhudhu, but traffic  was busy on road , felt like we were staying in the middle of the "bus stop oru minute, station oru minute" debate.   Room: What to Say? The room was Super decent... but when I opened the door, the AC was acting like it came straight from the hills of Ooty. My wife looked at me, "Edhu summer aa, or winter aa?" The room was small, cozy, with TV and all, "interior design" -Royal feel thandhudhu. Mattress was super soft, perfect for catching up on sleep, especially after a big meal. Strongly recommend   Amenities: It was like, "Neenga hotel-ukku vandhirukkinga, luxury-kku illai." A water bottle, towels, and a complimentary body wash lotion soap, I mean, luxurious really… No gym, no pool, but who needs those when Tirunelveli hot breeze keeps you sweating like you're working out 24/7?   Food: Ah, the highlight of the stay! Dinner wife took "Aryas dosa".I had 'Kothu Idiyappam' - suggested by one of the restaurant staff. Both tasted Lipsmackingly Nice.Complimentary Breakfast-la they served that typical idli-vada pongal combo which made my wife exclaim, "Sappaadu dhaan sandhosham."Again Full marks Of course, Forgot to tell the famous Tirunelveli halwa also made an appearance at dinner ( we took it from irutu kadai-this one)! Food is a Thumbs-up here.   Hospitality: The reception team welcomed us like long-lost family members. Politeness level was like - "Ennoda mama ooruku vandha maadhiri!" When I asked for an extra pillow, the response was, "Adhellam enna problem, saar?" My wife asked for ‘Inji Tea’ to pacify here sore throat – "immediate-aa they served flask full piping hot Ginger Tea !" Their service was great, infact konjam over-friendly-a irundhaanga.Front office Srinivasan, Karthikeyan and Sathya need special mention."   Overall Experience: Overall Namma veetule stay panra madhiriye feel...So full of heart, South Indian hospitality, and Tirunelveli food that made our trip worth it. We left with a smile on our faces, our stomachs full, and a memory of staying in a place that’s as authentic as the idli-vada combo we had for breakfast. Full marks to Aryas,Nellai.Keep it up Buddies!!  

Really satisfied with the service and facilities.

There was towels in room, full of mosquitoes. Cigarette smell. Reception staff was not kind while receiving us in morning.

Rooms were neat and the hospitality from welcome to the whole stay was Excellent. But we have one suggestion for early breakfast opening or atleast for morning coffee or tea a must. Please try to arrange, near by the coffee or tea shop is too long to get. Thanks for the hospitality. The morning breakfast was wonderful and all the members enjoyed.

The Hotel stay was excellent, a large parking facility is available but shade was not covering the entire parking yet completely function. All the hotel personnel were friendly and communicated well. Room service was perfect, the room was comfortable, some of the infrastructures were old but worked just fine. A kettle and mini fridge were there but the mini fridge was not in working condition. Over all the price to amenities ratio is very positive. Hot water for shower could be provided for the evening as well. A warm shover after work would have been rejuvenating. A slight renovation to the room's switches & doors could make the place ever better.
