Property is located in a very good place (just opposite to the bus station). Looks very cozy from outside. Rooms are also good to look. We have booked 2 double bed rooms. The reception guy is nice to talk to. He gave us rooms in first floor which was easy to access by the lift. One room has a jug filled with water but the other room doesn’t (later we asked for it and a room service guy has provided it). One room has got the intercom but the other one doesn’t. TV was working good in one room but the other one has display issues. TV remote doesn’t had battery in it in one room. There was cockroach in one room where I had stayed (unsure about the other one). This hotel is claimed to be a 3-star hotel but definitely not by the look and facilities. They don’t provide bath towels, paste brushes, just 2 nos. of soaps. One room where my parents stayed doesn’t have 2 blankets but just 1. We woke up early next day for temple visit and checked the room out around 11AM. The guy who came for checking the rooms while we check out has a staring face, unsure why. Overall it was just a okish stay for one night.

Room was clean and good. And the room was upto expectations. Price was reasonable and the stay was comfortable. Room was neat and clean and the stay was comfortable.

The room was full of cockroaches. We changed rooms but the issue persisted in other rooms as well. We shared the complaint with the owner and the receptionist but they where least worried about the same. Worst part was that they dint even come to the room to check the issue. Their only response was to give us another room (may be they knew very well that the whole hotel was infected. Worst experience. Will never stay there again.

I booked a 4 bed deluxe room for my family including 2 senior citizens. 4 bed room was available only on the 4th floor, lift was available only till 3rd floor. Without hesitating, the hotel reception staff himself provided us with a suite room on the 1st floor which was very spacious with a balcony view. Their hospitality and service was very excellent. Will definitely stay in this hotel while revisiting tiruchendur next time.
