Chola Serviced Apartment | Rooms & Caretaker

We stayed there for 2 nights - we had booked a two bedroom apartment and single room. Their facilities were very good, very clean and very comfortable. They provided excellent service. There is a good vegetarian restaurant below .

We stayed here very recently. They have good facilities and in general,the rooms n common spaces are well maintained.They have an Underground Car parking n facilities for drivers to sleep. The room was nice with all basic facilities and the service in general was good too.They have a good Vegetarian Restaurant attached to their Service Apartment.The food here is really good n tasty. Now,coming to the things which were not good n which needs improvement. The Check in took a lot of time.The Room boy was not readily available to lug our luggage to the room.In the bathroom...the water from the flush tank was black in colour initially.Wonder if this room was not used for a long line.There was a bad odour in the washroom which emanated from the Drain holes. They have a good facility here but while constructing,they have cramped up certain facilities....front driveway/Lobby/stair case/Wash room in the Restaurant etc. Hope they improve n maintain the facilities nicely.
