"Hello, I had the opportunity to stay at the Te Stela Resort hotel on 14.04.2024 and unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience. In this comment, I would like to share the hygiene and service problems I experienced at the hotel. First of all, the hygiene conditions in the hotel were quite bad. In particular, on the day we checked into the hotel, a live insect appeared in the bread for dinner. Even though we showed the walking insect to the authorized person, he did not take us seriously and said that you are wrong. Despite this hygiene scandal, it was quite thought-provoking that the hotel officials did not take this situation seriously and belittled the problem instead of solving it. Such a situation, which puts the health of the guests at risk, should have been handled seriously by the hotel. In conclusion, my experience at the Te Stela Resort hotel was quite disappointing and I would like to state that it is a place I will never choose again. I think hygiene and service standards should be raised. In this review, I would like to share the hygiene and service issues I encountered at the hotel. First of all, the hygiene conditions at the hotel were quite poor. It was quite concerning that the hotel authorities did not take this issue seriously and instead of solving the problem, they belittled it. As a result, my experience at Te Stela Resort hotel was quite disappointing, and I would like to emphasize that it is a place I will never choose to stay again. I believe that hygiene and service standards need to be improved."

"Great hotel in relation to rooms, cleanliness and amenities (spa, pool, restaurant quality). Big thanks to the dark-haired lady working at the restaurant during breakfast, she's a gem - always smiling, checking up on guests etc. As for the negative side - hotel is hosting a private birthday party by the pool with live performers and loud music until 00:00 on a Sunday night (I assume music was turned off only due to police arriving twice) so the room felt like a nightclub. This is not acceptable - it is at minimum not difficult to warn staying guest about the party beforehand. Went to complain at reception 23:15 as well as the next morning - the staff acknowledged the music but said that it is how it is and they cannot do anything about it.. This is not acceptable for Radisson Collection level of hotel and ruins the experience.."

Henkilökohtainen erittäin ystävällinen ja monimutkainen. 500m sisällä on erilaisia yksinkertaisia tai erittäin hyviä ravintoloita. Kaupunkiin pääsee bussilla 6 tai kävelyllä, noin 30 minuuttia. Ympäristö on suhteellisen rauhallinen."

It’s rare to find a hotel that combines style, comfort, cleanliness, and such friendly service so well. After two stays, I can confidently say this is my go to stay in Tirana and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Albania!"
