The transport to the hotel isn’t convenient. While checking in with trip.com’s check-in Voucher, we were asked to pay a lot of extra fees, which is almost four times the price shown on the voucher. I was stunned, showing the confirmation email from trip.com which says the total amount should pay at the hotel is USD31.38or euro€29.48, instead more than €110 the reception man asked, then he said the city tax for each one is €8, we three people should pay €24, as my 83-year-mother was quite tired after long-distant flight, I didn’t want to look for the new hotel and was to pay what he asked this time as €53.5, I gave him my credit card, then he said if I pay by credit card, the settled amount would be Lek55961, which I think 10 times the amount, but he said it’s because of the online rate, finally I paid USD60 in cash, without any changes given. After stepping into the room, the old broken facility made me upset again. In one word, it’s an awful experience which spoiled the first day of my family trip. When I checked out the next morning, the reception man wasn’t there, another reception woman was arguing with two guests again for the extra payment she asked for.

It’s in a great location, very close to a lot of attractions that tourists will want to meet. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The facilities that should be there according to trip.com were not there. Like the gym, spa en rooftop pool….

A parte qualche inconveniente con la recepsion la struttura era buona

This hotel is absolutely horrible, you'd rather sleep on a bench in the park than stay here. They made me pay for an imaginary 'tourist tax', didn't clean the room after the previous guest and double booked the room, resulting in some drunk guests storming into my room in the middle of the night. Do not book this hellish place!

Hôtel bien situé dans le centre de Tirana à côté d'un stade football. L'hôtel est relativement calme pour une ville vivante comme Tirana. L'air co est efficace mais bruyant. Ce bruit vous berce pour vous endormir. Pour 40€ sans petit déjeuner ( malgré la promesse à la réservation ), ça peut aller pour un cours séjour. Prévoir du savon car on vous offrira uniquement 3 échantillons. PAS de COFFRE-FORT, PAS de FRIGO. Un mini-bar et snacks étalés sur le bureau à des prix de dingue ! 6€ un red bull chaud, 4,5€ un coca ou fanta chaud ... Prévoir donc de bien s'hydrater dans le bar voisin avant de se coucher.

We hadden voor ons verblijf voor de Finale in Tirana een vier persoons kamer geboekt. Bij aankomst werden we onsympathiek ontvangen en direct werd duidelijk dat de kamer al was weggeven. Een transfer naar een ander hotel of twee 2 persoons kamers werd het alternatief. Ook de vooruitbetaling werd afgedaan als niet betaald dus moest er wederom betaald worden. Na bijna een uur toch de sleutels gekregen en snel de spullen op de kamer gelegd om naar de fanzone te gaan. Dat verhaal is verder duidelijk. Bij terugkomst direct een taxi voor 5 personen besteld en deze zou binnen 19 minuten daar staan. Betaling via de receptie werd gedaan echter de taxi’s zijn nooit gekomen en ook naar ons geld konden we fluiten. Of we ook even dingen uit de mini bar wilde gaan betalen. Nou hij steekt die snicker maar ergens waar het daglicht niet kan komen. Zeer slechte service en zo onbetrouwbaar als de pest. Oplichting is eigenlijk het beste woord eb ik zou de naam van VH Broadway veranderden in VH Alcatraz Hotel want dat zou de naam meer eer aan doen! Slechte service, slechte kamers en je wordt opgelicht waar je bij staat!

Останавливалась в этом отеле на 3 ночи. Отличное расположение, рядом много баров и ресторанов. До площади Скандербега минут 15 пешком. Хороший номер. Все работало, поразили полотенца - белоснежные и пушистые! В проживание входил завтрак. Очень отзывчивый и приятный персонал в отеле.

Buena opcion si vas con bajas expectativas En resumen: Excelente ubicacion, si se considera como un hotel de 2 estrellas y no se paga mas de 25 euros por noche (ya con los “supuestos” impuestos), si se llegan con bajas expectativas, sin esperar ninguna amenidad, entonces es una excelente opcion. Mas de ese precio o son muy exigentes, mejor buscar otra opcion. Por fuera el edificio se ve lindo, la zona es super cool. Entrando ya no hay nada de ese bar o jardin que aparece en fotos. La recepcion se ve muy triste, el hotel tiene un aroma peculiar, el restaurante parece un sports bar o un lugar juvenil. Me atendio un chico que no era el mas expresivo pero fue amable. Le pague lo de los impuestos que si estaba muy claro en mi reserva. Me dijo que estaria en el piso 3 y que mañana me tendrian que cambiar a otra, porque no encontraban mi reserva y que se les habian desorganizado. Me pidio disculpas y listo. El hotel se nota que tuvo buenas epocas pero ahora ya no queda nada de eso. Se siente descuidado y con poco mantenimiento. Mi habitacion estaba bien, pero nada que ver con las fotos. El problema, la publicidad engañosa. La habitacion es espaciosa, con su balcon, la cama comoda, el baño viejo con algunas fugas, con salitre, humedad Sabanas y toallas limpias. El baño no estaba tan limpio como se podria esperar en un hotel… restos de pasta de dientes en el lavabo, algunos cabellos en la regadera, polvo, etc. El buró junto a la cama tenia unas manchas pegajosas. Le strutture si devono curare....o chiudere. La mia stanza aveva maniglie rotte, non è stata fatta pulizia la mattina tra i miei due pernotti. L'acensore aveva il tasto 0 rotto, percui tutte le volte son dovuto scendere a piedi dal 3 piano. Struttura vecchia e non curata.

The hotel was absolutely nothing like advertised. The curtains were damaged and when i informed them of this they did nothing to rectify it or to move me elsewhere. I would not stay here again, and do not recommend

Lasst euch nicht täuschen von den Bildern und der Beschreibung. - Dusche verschimmelt - Bett kaputt - Internetverbindung bricht alle 10 Minuten ab. - Der angebliche „Pool“ existiert nicht - Personal nicht fähig, mit einer Expedia-Buchung umzugehen: Check-In hat mehr als ne halbe Stunde gedauert. Wenn sie immerhin ehrlich gewesen wären und die Dusche sauber wäre, wäre es vielleicht ein 2-3 Sterne Hotel und ich wäre einigermaßen zu Frieden, da die Lage eigentlich sehr gut ist und es auch fähiges/freundliches Personal gibt. Aber das, was in der Werbung steht ist einfach eine Lüge, deswegen (und wegen der Dusche) die schlechte Bewertung.
